Unique design

Good quality for the price! Used several oth these to secure square tube riserd for the bunks on a large boat trailer. In classic imported style the bolx actually said U- BLOT on the side!

I used these on a replacement axle for a utility trailer that originally had 3/8 hardware.Wasn't sure about the plate at first but once fully tightened it didn't deform which is what I was concerned about.All threading was perfect and the nylock nuts will hold tight and not vibrate loose over time.There might be cheaper brands on Amazon but I can say with this one I got my money's worth.

Although some 304 stainless will have some magnetic properties due to their percentages for Nickel and Alloying materials, generally you will only experience a magnetic effect with a very strong magnet. Using a general run of the mill magnet, and seeing it attract to the metal easily is an indication the these are not TRUE stainless steel.

I fish salt water, and the old ones were almost completely rusted away. These are a great upgrade to my boat trailers. They measure as listed and fit right on my 3500lb Axle. Time will tell but look and feel very well made. Do not use an impact or screw gun to install. All stainless need to be installed with hand tools. It will heat up and seize up, even with grease or lube.

Received the kit for a trailer axle installation and was extremely surprised. The 5-hole plates, nuts and flat washers were at least A4 or 316 stainless. The split-lock washers and the u-bolts were at least A2 or 304 stainless as exhibited by the pictures with a magnet. All of the parts were packaged very nicely and all threads were perfect. Super easy installation when it is this good a quality.Highly recommend!
