These hooks are seriously heavy duty. If you like shredding meat, or if you get into a slapping fight with a small bear, these will do you right. They’re unexpectedly sharp too! Also the little bottle opener in the middle is a nifty feature, though if you’re cool enough to buy these I suspect you’ve got way cooler ways of opening a cold one.

These work very well for shredding chicken. I haven't tried them on denser proteins such as beef or pork, but I'm confident they will perform well on those meats. These are well constructed. They don't feel flimsy. They don't feel like the handles will separate from the fork/head. They clean up easily. I hand washed these initially and ran them thru the dishwasher after use. No issues going thru the dishwasher. For the price, these are a great value. The quantity is good, especially in this price range. I rate them at 5 stars for quality, value and how well they do the job. I would recommend these for BBQ and kitchen use. A very handy tool to have when you need to shred meats.

I’d been doing shredding with 2 forks. Took a while and the tines would need to be emptied often. I tried a crank shredding gadget, it worked better taking up space than shredding meat.Decided to give these a try. They’re a good size and easy to hold. I had to chuckle at the bottle openers built into the fork - a lot of BBQ tools have this feature. The metal feels sturdy and not easy to bend. I thought maybe it would have a full tang, but it’s just half. Hopefully it’ll last me a couple seasons.

Perfect size handles. The fingers on them could be a few less and more spaced out. Would make better for shredding meat. All in all good product.
