No user manual included. Says on the product to go to a "vexplo shop" (not an actual web address) and there is nothing that comes up. Several YouTube videos exist but they are not like the product I received. Either send a user manual or print an actual website on the product where one can be accessed.

The concept is great and I was comfortable taking it on a shorter trip about 5 miles away. I did take a 2 hour trip down the interstate but I didn't feel comfortable enough with the straps that it came with so I bought additional ratchet straps to ensure my kayak didn't go anywhere as I'm going 75MPH down the interstate. You can only synch the straps down so much before it starts pulling back on itself and doesn't stay as tight. So as long as you have additional straps that synch down real tight and don't budge, this is great. But as is, I would be hesitant depending on the distance and speed you need to travel.

I am actually impressed with it, it is not my primary system, I usually mount the kayak on top of my Sylvan Sports Go Camper in a kayak cradle but if I am just transporting the kayak, this seems to work very well. I use two extra straps, one towards the front, the other near the rear, just to keep if from sliding front or back and then use the supplied tie downs on the front and back. It appears to be rock solid so you can't ask more. As to the quality, time will tell but for now, a solid 4 stars.

Perfect for hauling kayaks and paddleboards. The only two cons are the fact that the loops are only single stitched which doesn't lend itself to long term durability and the lines for securing the bow and stern is a very thin rope with a very cheap carabiner tied to each end. To adjust the bow and stern tie downs, you just tie the carabiner to at the right length which is kind of a pain. If the straps holding the kayak ever failed, the bow and stern lines will do nothing to actually secure the kayak, the carabiners are just to weak and the lines are also. I replaced the lines immediately.The good part is that the pads for the roof are nice and they attach quickly and securely with zero fuss. They protect the kayak and the vehicle at the same time.

This easily stored, 5lb kit of soft parts is capable of transporting one or two kayaks, or a variety of other loads. Everything you need fits into a compact Duffel storage bag, The rack fits on the bare roof of a conventional four door vehicle, or an SUV with or without side rails. The rack can carry up to 170lbs. It can accommodate two double kayaks/canoes, with driver and 3 crew members traveling inside the vehicle.
