Set up your GreenVation Smart Sprinkler Controller in 35 minutes
Pick a spot near a power source, away from direct sunlight, and with a good Wi-Fi signal if possible.
1. Mount your new Sprinkler Controller with ease using our convenient mounting template.
2. Use screws to secure the sprinkler in place, Match the wires from your old setup for ready-made wiring.
3. Download the app to help you connect the Sprinkler Controller to Wi-Fi and then customize your zones and watering schedules.

1. Download the "Smart Life" or "Tuya" app from the AppStore
2. Before adding devices, need to press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds, and the device indicator flashes to enter the pending configuration.
3. Two ways to add the device:
a. Add the device via Bluetooth mode (make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone)
b. Add the device via Wi-Fi mode.
4. Add your plan (The maximum distance between the wifi router and Sprinkler Controller is 45m).

I'm using this with a 2-zone sprinkler system, replacing an old non-smart one. Installing was fairly straight-forward and I could get this running quickly. Can control watering from anywhere. The rainy day water saving is great a feature. Haven't tested smart assistant integration. For the price it is good. Would recommend.

Excellent smart sprinkler controller. Hooks up easily to existing system but connects you to the Tuya/Smart Home apps which are compatible with just about everything. This gave me the ability to connect our irrigation system to my Home Assistant set up and it did so seamlessly. Looking forward to really getting to use the system when the weather warms up a bit, hard to use an irrigation system when there's a foot and a half of snow on the ground! Overall, so happy with the ease of installation, the compatibility with systems I already have in place, and it looks great.

So this is a review on installation. My old controller was slowly dying and this wi-fi unit seemed like the way to go. I am no expert on these low voltage situations but this was pretty easy. I just spent time figuring out what it all meant. Unwiring and rewiring in the same order. The build on this is great. It has easy to use push sockets for the wires vs screws on my old unit. It powered right up and will be ready for spring.I do wish it had a display on the front vs wi-fi only.

Upgrading to this WiFi irrigation controller felt like a small change, but it completely transformed how I manage my lawn. The installation was straightforward—just mount, wire up the zones, and connect to the Smart Life app. What really surprised me was how effortless it became to tweak my watering schedule. Instead of running outside to adjust settings manually, I can now control everything from my phone, whether I’m home or not.The 16-zone flexibility is great for anyone with a larger yard or a mix of grass, flowers, and garden beds. It’s simple to name and program each zone, though I wish the app allowed a bit more customization, especially when it comes to rain delays. The system claims to display weather info, but it’s not entirely clear if it automatically pauses watering based on rainfall. That would’ve been a nice touch.Still, for the price, this smart controller holds its own against far more expensive models. My lawn stays hydrated without me having to think about it, and best of all, I’m already seeing a difference in water efficiency. If you’ve been considering upgrading your sprinkler system, this one is absolutely worth a look.

I installed this, and it would not power up. I double checked the installation, and it is correct. I have wired these devices in the past, including one recently that works fine, but this one does not work.

Although this "works with Alexa" it really doesn't. Voice commands don't do anything and even if they did, it appears it would work as an all or nothing system instead of controlling individual watering zones as the app integrates as a turn on and turn off control for the whole system, not by zone name. Other than that, it is much more convenient to have an app that I can turn on and off each zone and program remotely as opposed to my old system where I would manually change it at the controller itself. Besides not working with alexa, as a sprinkler system, it's great! 3.5 stars.

This WiFi irrigation controller offers great value for the money. It connects easily and works wonderfully with the Smart Life app. It loads quickly and can connect up to 16 solenoid valves. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
