I prefer a small pillow for nightime sleeping, and this small pillow is perfect for me. It was a bit too full & firm for me at first, but I discovered that a few handfuls of foam chunks could be removed from the insides to get to the perfect comfort level. It has inner & outer zippers, so nothing leaks out. The pillow cover is a nice quality, textured zipper cover, which is very nice. It washes & dries nicely. I can take it anywhere, which is awesome!

Honestly a superb backpacking pillow! When you first take it out it seems super flimsy and you think there's no way this thing will be able to fluff up enough for support. But it does actually get relatively firm!! Amazing how well it fills out. Very happy with it. Have been sleeping with it in my regular bed too for a while and I love it! Worth the purchase!

It's comfortable & compact! All of things needed in a camp pillow! Will get my own pillow protector custom made though & that would have been a great addition !

I’ve been using the Side and Back Sleeper Pillow for Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say—it’s been a total game-changer for my sleep!One of my favorite things about it is how adjustable it is. The shredded memory foam lets you add or remove fill so you can make it exactly how you like. They even include extra fill, which is such a thoughtful touch! It took me a night or two to find the perfect setup, but once I did, it was super comfortable.The pillow gives amazing support without feeling too firm, and it works just as well when I shift to sleeping on my back. The cover is really soft and breathable, and since it’s washable, it’s easy to keep fresh.The only downside? There was a bit of a foam smell when I first opened it, but that went away after airing it out for a day.

I really wanted to like this pillow. It’s so soft and fluffy. I loved that I could add more or take away what I needed. It’s very cool at night too. But my biggest problem is I have to re adjust my pillow in the middle of the night because all of the fluff migrates to the top of the pillow. I’ve tried to fix it by adding and taking away fluff but it doesn’t work. On to the next.

This King size pillow is as specified, it’s soft, cool, very adjustable to my body. I like how I can wash the actual cover and the quality of the material is not cheap. I’ve slept with it for about 7 days now and has supported my back. This is definitely what you are looking for having a good night sleep.

I live this pillow. I bought two one for travel and one for home. I'm a side sleeper and most pillows are too fat for me, but my old pillow finally got too flat. It is very light and has an interior pillowcasing with a zipper under the main pillow zipper. Open both and access/remove the shredded foam (?) stuffing material. Be sure to save it in case you removed to much, I ended up putting some back in. It is slightly curved on one long end. It find it very comfortable, and there is no smell from the filling. I'm sensitive to stuff like that.I took off one start, as I wish it came with a pillow case just that size. It fits in a regular pillowcase sort of. The long side of this small pillow fits in the short end of a regular pillow case, but then you have all that extra length hanging over it, I asked my mom to cut and sew a few down for me.

The 4-star rating isn't because there was anything wrong with the pillow. It's because the manufacturer doesn't label their product appropriately. I went to a lot of time and trouble to verify that I had the correct pillow. Simply identify the product as you did on the order web page.I received a set of 2 pillows as expected, however there was no indication ON the box or IN the box that this was a cooling pillow. The box looked nothing like the picture. The box in the picture clearly says it is a cooling pillow. Now I have to go to the Amazon website and try to determine IF I have the correct pillow. The picture also shows a bag of Extra Memory Foam. I did not see this in the box.The cooling pillow is made of viscose bamboo, sort of. It says "Viscose made from Bamboo infused Outer cover". The other pillow is labeled a side, back sleeper, and stomach sleeper which the cooling pillow is also. The other pillow says the material is memory foam but also says "Modal Fiber & Viscose made from bamboo Cover". Am I confused yet? YES!The 2 pillow set is vacuumed packed. I don't want to open a pillow in case it's the wrong one. Nothing on the outside of the vacuum-packed pillow gives me a solid clue. The customer website indicated on the included marketing materials does not work. A Google search of the pillow directs me to Amazon. The pillow is sold by Qatello LLC. No contact information there. I contact Amazon support. They were not able to find out either, so they issued an exchange.Last ditch effort out of curiosity, I opened one of the pillows. I opened the zipper to view the tag where I expected to find what the materials were made of. Low and behold, there was an additional bag of memory foam inside of a net bag that was sealed. If you want to add just the right amount of form, you have to cut open the extra memory foam bag. Now you have to properly store the rest. Nothing like the picture. Also, the materials indicated that they were made from viscose made from bamboo, which is meaningless since both pillows contain viscose made from bamboo. So maybe they're both cooling pillows.I canceled the exchange order. This could all have been avoided if the box and packaging materials inside indicated that this is a COOLING PILLOW. Also should indicate that the extra memory foam bag is located inside the pillow and can be removed.I fluffed up the pillow in a low dryer setting for a few minutes. Boom! Big and fluffy. I left the extra foam bag inside the first night. I am a side sleeper, so it was a bit too firm. I removed the bag the next night. The pillow is VERY COMFORTABLE. I no longer flip my pillow all night long because it gets too warm.It DOES KEEP COOL. I only flip it when changing sides because the foam has settled.
