If I could leave a zero star I would. We Got it for my son Christmas and it didn't work AT ALL. And when I went to return it, This seller EXPECTS ME TO PAY $55 to ship it back!! It never worked!! It is THEIR responsibility to cover this cost as the product they sent me was faulty!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Honestly i'm very impressed it's been almost three years since i bought this product and i must say it didn't disappoint the kids love using that i have my daughter a seven my son now age time has been using it since he was seven and parents have been asking where I got it. It's easy to charge it's been hit and pumped the couple of times yet it's still works so i'm very impressed and how it's lasted this long.I hope they keep up the good work with their products.

My Son got this hoverboard for his 9th birthday and absolutely loves it! only issue is the charging. However, The company I ordered this from has been more than helpful to replace the pieces that need to be replaced so it works properly. She really has gone above and beyond to help me so my son can enjoy his new toy!

Bought it for 8 year old for Christmas. Works great, charges fast and lasts longer then expected. Use inside and outside, easy to handle for kids, highly recommend, lots of fun

EDIT: Died after 4 months of use. Won’t turn on. Not a good value.We bought this for our 8-year-old son for Hanukkah and then decided to buy the same one for our 7-year-old nephew and 12-year-old niece for X-mas and all three of them were thrilled. Our son goes everywhere possible on it. I don’t have anything to compare it with as far as the features go and how good of a hover board it is but seems robust and like a good buy. After a month and a half of near-daily use by my son it looks new and continues to work great! He can run around the neighborhood with friends, riding from one house to the other and to and from a park that is several blocks away with no need to recharge - battery lasts all day after being charged at night. Haven’t left it uncharged for multiple days or otherwise know the actual number of hours it runs on a single charge but so far, so good! My son received 8 Hanukkah presents and boatloads of Christmas presents and this is his favorite for sure!

Hold power button while this is sitting on flat surface until lights flash, let sit for 5 seconds, power off and power on. This is needed to calibrate the unit without this it wants to spin. After this, works very well. Kids pick them up fast, I’m to damn old for this thing!
