In my tests I found it didn’t look much different than simply doing a 2:35 matte with a 50 mm lens. All you’re really paying for is all the blue flares. Something you can easily re-create in resolve.

Estaba detrás del Sirui 55mm Night Walker T 1.2 para completar con el resto de mi serie Nigth Walker. Pero desaparecieron de todo Amazon durante unas semana y entonces dije. Un 50mm y Anamórfico va ser mucho mejor, voy a tener un 2 por 1. Y he acertado de pleno.Muy buenos resultados. El 1.8 se comporta muy bien en condiciones de poca luz. Y los típicos destellos en las altas luces y el bokeh ovalado le darán un toque a todas nuestras filmaciones. Imprescindible añadirle un Focus Gear Ring para utilizar con el Follow Focus. Quizás es la única pega que puedo ponerle que no sea un objetivo de cine o que tengas que acudir a precios más elevados para que incluya el dentado para el Follow Focus. Pero bueno, tiene fácil solución. Recomiendo los Gear Ring de Tilta o los de Smallrig.

Obiettivo anamorfico per Mirrorless Sony (APSC) da 50 mm. Ottima apertura fino a F 1.8, nitidezza top e pasta molto gradevole. Teoricamente ci si può girare un intero film.Si tratta di una lente “cinema” e come tale ha il fuoco manuale. Se non siete professionisti, oltre ad essere difficile da utilizzare, sappiate che necessiterete di un monitor esterno per capire se abbiate messo a fuoco oppure no (io lo trovo impossibile sul piccolo monitor della mia ZV-E10).Mi è dispiaciuto moltissimo fare il reso, peccato.P.S. Venditore precisissimo e puntualissimo.

Es erfordert ein gewisses Maß an Fingerspitzengefühl und Erfahrung, um die Anamorphie-Funktion richtig zu nutzen und die richtige Einstellung zu finden.Sobald man jedoch in der Lage ist, das Objektiv richtig zu verwenden, können atemberaubende Aufnahmen entstehen. Die Verzerrungseffekte, die durch die anamorphe Linse erzeugt werden, sind sehr beeindruckend und verleihen den Aufnahmen einen einzigartigen Look. The lens quality is excellent. I use it on a Canon APS-C camera because that is the coverage of the lens. A full-frame sensor will be slightly out of luck. I'm very pleased.

This lens is absolutely amazing. The build quality is tough focus is smooth everything on it is easy to use and read it takes some of the most beautiful footage that I've ever seen come out of my camera. I use it with a Sony NEX vg10 camcorder which is outdated but the footage comes out looking incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this lends to someone who is looking to shoot anamorphic footage. Buying anamorphic filters and trying to adapt them to other lenses is a headache and this lens is already purpose-built. Truly my favorite lens and all of my lens collection.
