I have been needing to get some new shorts that would fit and that were comfortable. I was looking for something casual that had a beachy sort of look and these shorts did not disapoint. they were extremly confortable, I love the way they feel, and they looked good most of the other clothes that I have. I ended up buying another pair of these in the pink color and again, they were really nice. if you are looking for a casual short with really nice colors, I recommend these. they fit nice around the waist, they sit above the knee, and are jsut overall amazing shorts.

not much give to these so i advise to go bigger. i normally wear 2x so i bought 3x and wish they had a 4x. nice shorts otherwise

I ordered size medium in multiple colors of these shorts for my vacation. They were all different sizes but with "medium" tags. This pair was probably a XXXL in size. Couldn't be more disappointed. Now I don't have shorts for my tripo

Overall: decent, but wouldn't buy again.PROS:- Color matches the picture pretty well- Drawstring seems sturdy- Fits to size AS LONG AS you go off of their sizing guide and not traditional American sizes. Their guide told me to size up and that was the right call.CONS:- I'm not sure of the fabric content. The tag says 50% cotton and 50% linen like the online description, but based on the sheen and smooth was of the fabric, I have doubts that it is traditional flax linen. I suspect that it may be a synthetic linen.The pocket linings are definitely NOT cotton or linen. They appear to be rayon or some other kind of viscose fabric. The pockets are also a bit shallower than I hoped.

TLDR: Perfect fit, comfy and breathable, ideal for hot weather. ☀️🩳👌I recently faced the classic sizing dilemma while ordering these linen shorts. Being an in-betweener in sizes, I heeded the advice to size up and went for a 2XL. My logic: even if they were a tad large, a drawstring could save the day. Well, when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised!First things first, the quality blew me away – superb craftsmanship. The color? Exactly as advertised. The material felt wonderfully soft to the touch, a definite plus. But the real win was the fit. They were perfect! The waist hugged comfortably without any need for the drawstring – not too tight, not too loose. And the leg fit? Just the right amount of baggy for freedom of movement, exactly how I like it.As a 5'11" guy, the 11-inch length hit just above the knee – spot on for my preference. The lightweight and breathable fabric is just what I need for the scorching Florida heat. As for maintenance, I'm planning to go gentle on the wash cycle to avoid shrinkage. A little wrinkle here and there? No big deal for me.I'm so satisfied with these shorts that I've already ordered another pair in a different color. Fingers crossed they're just as fantastic!

I am 5’8” and these are too long for me. They would work great on a taller person. Very comfy but they looked like a diaper on my short frame

I think these are pretty good and very reasonably priced casual shorts. I now own four of them. As others have noted they’re narrow through the hips and thighs, but so am I, so they fit quite nicely. The fabric is comfortable against the skin, and isn’t so delicate that you have to be careful with them when laundering. They don’t have a back pocket or a fly. Strictly casual wear.

First, I do not write reviews very often,but really wanted to here. I have lost some weight and needed some new shorts that fit. I bought two pair of shorts from Amazon. The amazon Good threads shorts said "Fits true to size". I am between sizes-L/XL, so I ordered the XL figuring that if they were to big the draw string could be used. Well, even with the draw string as tight as it could go these shorts were WAY WAY WAY too big. The material was not comfortable. And, the color was way different than pictured! My first return EVER to Amazon was these shorts!!Now the other pair. The pair I am writing this review for. The linen shorts description said order one size up. Now being in between sizes I was in a quandary. But I ordered one size up 2XL figuring, again, if too big draw string would help. When these shorts arrived I was first impressed with the quality--very well made. The color was spot on. And the material was very soft. Most importantly, they fit GREAT!! Perfect around. The waist was was nice and snug without being too tight nor too loose-did not even need to use the draw string!! The fit through the legs was kind of baggy, which I like, gives you room to move. The length, 11 inches, came to just above the knee ( I am 5'11"), again, just how I like them!!! The material was light weight and breathable-- perfect for the hot Florida sun!! Not sure how they wash--but cold and delicate should prevent shrinkage. If they get a little wrinkled--no big deal to me!I would order these again--wait, I did, different color but same shorts. Hope they fit as good!!I would recommend these shorts!!!!!
