I love this brand of thread! I have used countless spools for my small business embroidery shop and it helps make me quality items every time! I recently purchased a 5,500 yard roll of the Smithread Mulberry (S082) thread. The thread itself is fine and does an adequate job. However, finding the end-point of the thread was a major task. By the time it was located, several feet of thread were destroyed in the effort. This is not the first time I have encounter such an issue with the 5500 yard Smithread spools.Although the thread itself is fine, a 5-star review will not be given solely due to the lack of a consistent end-point on these large spools.

The thread is great and stitches out so well on my projects. I've been using Simthread for a few years now so I got it because I ran out of this color. The thread is strong and doesn't break easily on my machine..I've never even had a thread break on me before so thats a huge selling point for me. In terms of the color, it's beautiful and doesn't bleed. I needed gold for the project was working on and this brass color matched the exact tone I was looking for. Although the shade on the 5000M slightly differs from the 500M, it still worked well for my project. The packaging is nice as well, it gives a premium vibe to the thread. I will definitely continue to buy Simthread embroidery threads. Thank you.

Pewter color is used in many in my embroidery projects. I am happy I could find it in single big bobbin and not to have to buy the set of embroidery set. The color is exactly as on the picture. The delivery was according to seller's schedule. Happy with this purchase

Sadly that what you receive is a smaller spool because it’s such a beautiful thread. It’s expensive but worth every Penny. I separate my silk threads from my sewing thread and if I am embroiling in my sewing machine and I want a special design to stand out, I would use it with my sewing machine. Otherwise, I use it with my jewelry making or hand stitch. It’s gorgeous.
