Bought this Sim card to use for a starter phone for my daughter. I thought the activation process would be easy and straightforward but not was I wrong! This was the worst experience ever, after spending hours between 2 days, the Simple Mobile reps were not able to activate it and get it to work. Instead of admitting that the card was faulty, they kept bouncinge around different reps and wasted precious hours that I can't get back. I don't know why Simple Mobile is selling these Sims cards when they know very well that they don't work, shame on them. I will NEVER purchase anything from Simple Mobile again.

The original card went bad and never should’ve happened. But having to call customer service to reactivate the new SIM card is ridiculous when this should be able to be activated online. The fact you have to call and not use app or online service is dumb this day and age. Maybe look into using online website or using the app that you can use originally to activate the phone.
