Great tray! It's range of height is seriously impressive. The wheels are small, so it's not the best one carpet. Easy to put together, and the tilt function is great. Would be really cool if the table was capable of a 90° swivel, but maybe I'm asking too much... Overall, I'm definitely a fan of this thing. The price tag is a little high, but the quality is there unlike so many Amazon purchases I've made in the past

We got this to use as a laptop table in our living room. It is really sturdy and works well. Table part is easy to clean and has a nice pencil cavity and guard.

I got this table to use as a TV dinner tray. We keep it in the corner. But then if we are going to have a snack in front of the TV we can pull it over and slide its feet under the couch and have a table to rest our snacks on. It works so great for this. Because the bottom with the wheels is very flat and thin, it should fit under almost any couch. It also rolls and moves very smoothly. But we do have a fairly high couch. I don't think this would work if you had a low profile couch as the lowest setting is still quite high.I really love the clean lines of this as well as the dark wood grain top. It doesn't look like a hospital table. And so I can leave it set up in the living room without having it feel like a janky desk. The table top is adjustable, though we haven't really used this feature. I do love the pneumatic raising and lowering. It's very easy to do and can be adjusted to a standing height if needed. It does come flat packed but assembly was fairly straightforward.I would say this is a good value because this is very sturdy, high quality, and elegant looking.

I had some doubts about this as a solution when ordering because of the price and also my expectations about what the quality might be. I still think the price at the time I ordered was a little high (I see it came down since) but the quality of this piece is very good.It came packed in its own box inside a larger Amazon one with no padding of the excess empty area. Note to seller: the inner box was severely damaged (had taken a hit) , so much so that I took photos expecting a return was inevitable but it turned out that the internal foam padding protected the contents. The outer package was undamaged so it was packed that way and didn’t pick up its damage en route. The table is substantial. You can tell the quality immediately, even before assembly. Inside its stricken carton it was well protected and packed. The instruction manual is thick, glossy and professional quality which is quite a rarity. To be fair the “thick” comes from being multi language so there are only a few pages covering everything you need to know and barely 2 for assembly. The diagrams are good and the steps easy to follow. No home tools necessary. Just a bunch of Allen bolts to screw in with the 2 sizes of key provided. You assemble upside down (the table, not you) and turn up when done. The wheels are low profile and are ok on wood or equivalent flat surfaces but less so on carpet. The table can be raised and lowered pneumatically in the same manner as your typical office chair and this function works really well and smoothly. The table could arguably be used as a stand up workstation but do your own measurements to be sure it would work for your height. The main section of the 2 part work area can be tilted at an angle of your choosing to accommodate books or tablets/laptops etc. I was a little disappointed that the work table doesn’t swivel laterally around a center point because it would be handy to quickly move it out of your way in this manner when getting up from a couch for example, but I guess that might compromise the stability of the unit by changing its center of equilibrium, not least if laden. On that subject I couldn’t find anywhere in the manual that indicated what max weight the work surface should bear. It’s not a big deal for me because I don’t plan for it to carry any significant weight. It is very stable though, having the H shaped base. All in all, while I personally plan to use it more for bedtime reading and daytime computer work than for medical purposes. I can see it being a great solution for many different purposes whilst also taking up little floor space when not in use because it’s legs can slide under a bed, couch or table.I hope you found this information helpful 👇

Split table surface one part tilt-able; Smooth and stable; Well designed.___I like things with multiple uses. This item can certainly function as a bed table when dealing with medical issues. It's nice to have that available. No one plans to be incapacitated, but once it happens it's tough to hurry up and get something, assemble it and learn to operate it at the very time WHILE someone is incapacitated.___I am setting up a multi purpose studio area, and was looking for some tilt-able, stable surfaces for drawing, painting, holding reference materials but since the room serves multiple purposes (overwintering plants, change of pace dining, etcetera), I was not wanting to get a big wooden easel (yet). I thought this would make an interesting solution. It can serve the purpose of a slanted work area for drawing or holding reference materials at an angle, but when level and raised to proper height, it could hold a tray of plants and move next to a window at other times. Should the medical issues arise again, it readily returns to its original purpose as a bed side table--you just roll it into another room.___There is a "bumper" on the slant-able portion to help keep objects (papers, book, laptop) from just sliding to the floor.___The only thing this lacks is a way to absolutely lock the wheels when using as an angled drawing surface. Such a lock would be a bad thing for a bedside table, so I will come up with a work around when I want this to not move--possibly just placing this on a small rug when needed will give enough resistance for my purposes.___I may take the time to re-paint the "leg" and base of this to a tan color, as it would appear less imposing in my space, but that is my choice.
