Current imbalances of 4-6 mA or more between load conductors will cause the ground fault sensor to trip the circuit breaker. These circuit breakers offer Self-Test and Lockout features as required by UL 943, enabling the GFCI to automatically and continuously test itself to ensure that it is working properly. My house and pool use Eaton breakers when are terrible….i have replaced at least 3 in my new house. Had my pool gfci go out. Replaced a year ago now it is tripping. Bought a new one lasted a day. Apparently the harmonic from the pool motor trips the Eaton breakers. Replaces with the Siemens works great!!!!

I needed to replace the breaker for my pool when it stopped working so I ordered this one... it works perfectly and was easy to install. I liked the quality of the breaker and how it is GFCI. My pool works again! :)
