The instruction manual was worthless. Just had a few pics that were very hard to understand. Ours came with missing pad to put under seat, missing screws and had obviously been returned by someone’s else. Sending back for a refund

We absolutely loved this for our 6 year old daughter. She got it for Christmas and was ecstatic to say the least. We put it together and let it charge the whole night (followed the instructions). She used it the next day and everything was great. The following day when she tried to use it, it kept beeping from one side indicating it needed charge . We charged it longer and it kept beeping. We tried trouble shooting to see if we could reset and nothing worked. We had to return the item. A great product if it works correctly.

I bought this actually. I bought two of them from my mailman 's Christmas list for the kids on his route who need help for Christmas. He does it every year. Well I never saw these in use. My mailman put them together and charged them before he drop them off so Santa Claus could deliver them. He said they were great.

This is a Christmas gift so my son hasn’t received it yet but I am so irritated after assembling I am posting this review to vent. 😂😂 the instructions are HORRIBLE!! Something that should have taken 10-15 minutes took me an hour!! YouTube video was kinda helpful but I couldn’t find one with words that explain anything so I was pausing the video every 10 seconds. Good gravy, he better love this Santa gift! Looks cool though.

This device worked perfectly for my 11 year old son - he absolutely loves it and feels he finally has his go-cart he always wanted. He's been riding it for about 5 days now and it's all he can think about every day :).The device fit our hoverboard/scooter perfectly. My son set it up himself and it took him about 10 min to assemble it onto the hoverboard. I think the size of this device is reaching its max age limit for my son; he has it set up on the widest setting from hip to toe, and is still a bit crunched, but it works really well overall.The two areas where he thought could use some improvement is the seat is not very comfortable (it's a bit small for him and he says he can't really lay back because it's uncomfortable), and the wheel at the front is not very soft, so it has a lot of road noise and vibration. I'd say overall the front wheel is the part that takes away from a near perfect device. If they can add a softer tire, more like the tires of the hoverboard, it would be a much more quiet, softer ride, and safer, as the tire wiggles at high speeds and small rocks on the road sometimes cause it to lose some control.We're using this device with this particular hoverboard:GOTRAX E4 All Terrain Hoverboard, 8.5" Offroad Tires Self Balancing Scooters with Music Speaker, UL2272 Certified, 144Wh Battery Up to 7 Miles, Dual 250W Motor Up to 7.5MphOverall we're very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
