I have used these only once but the molds are great! Every tail came out perfectly and none of the finer details or smaller areas broke on me. It was easy to pop in the freezer and wack gently on a plate and they all came out. I didn’t have to dig or pry out. I like that the mold is a little thicker so it’s not so flimsy. They’re the perfect size for cupcakes!

Very fragile at the base of the tail, many broke but overall came out great. I sprinkled them with edible glitter.

Nice heavy silicone with great details! Chocolate releases from the silicone easily with no breaking. This will be well used!

I ordered this mold to make mermaid tail cupcake toppers for a magical creatures themed birthday party. I used a mixture of fondant and gum paste which I pressed into the mold. I removed the tails right away and set them on parchment to dry. This eliminated any potential breakage at the narrowest part of the tail. They turned out great. This would also be a great mold to make ice cubes for a kids party.

I've used these molds countless times on my beach themed cakes. I love the realistic details of them and the variety. Some of the shapes are very tiny, but I like that and if you use cornstarch while working the fondant/gum paste into the mold, and then pop them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before unmolding, it works out great. An easy way to make your beach cake look super professional! (along with some graham cracker "sand")

These are a bit smaller than your typical chocolate mold, but that made them the perfect size for using on a decorated cake. The chocolates were easy to pop out of the mold and easy to clean. Would recommend!

In a treat business gifts get to be extremely repetitive; therefore, finding items that are relevant and get the job done without breaking the bank are greatly needed. these little controllers are the perfect upsell when clients order for the girls and have no gift for the guys. They are very versatile, high quality and very user friendly. I find myself using them all of the time because there are so many different styles in the grouping. Great addition to my collection

The silicon is thinner than the other one I purchased but but still was handy to use

I was very excited to use these on my cupcake tops until the tail fin kept snapping off. Flaw in the design...the mold is toooo shallow at the thins spot of the tail and fin connection. No matter the quality of chocolate you use or how long or cold your chocolate is most with snap off as release from mold. Very frustrating because the mold shape and look is VERY good and perfect for decorating. Quality of mold it excellent too! Just a design flaw, we're the mold is to shallow to have strength to hold up from releasing candy from mold with chocolate. Had to get very creative to heat thin pieces back together after Many attempts to make them over and over.

It’s really hard pulling the item out of the mold because parts are so tiny. Kept breaking at the tail but I did not have any tools small enough for gently scooping them up and was trying to use one prong on a fork.
