Could have bought cheaper, but have Robinair equipment that I’ve had forever. Great quality, expect it to be around a long time.

High quality, enjoy the longer length. Be sure you know your filling size 1/4 or 3/8 and order accordingly.

Most flexible hose I've used. Feels like a quality product. Functions perfectly so far. Temperature doesn't seem to affect much. Hvac tech for over 30 years I'll be buying more of these.

I replaced the hoses on my inexpensive gauge set because they were too stiff and constantly twisting up or slightly undoing the ends every time I moved the gauges around even a little. These are a professional quality hose set that works better than the originals and sold for a price that won't break your bank. Maybe if you were using the gauges every day you might justify spending the big bucks for Yellow Jacket hoses or similar but iIf you are like me and only need the gauges occasionally, but want them to work right when you use them, these hoses are a great choice. Good quality machining on the brass ends; nice sealing gaskets, not too stiff. I'm pleased that I made the change.

Good hoses! Robinair seems to have the best no leak longer lasting hose's around for the price. tired of trying others only to have to buy new ones again and again. spend the little extra on good ones and it will cost you less in the long run. Great purchase, recommend these to any professional.

I bought these hoses only because I had an old Robinair solid brass manifold with a good set of guages and old, rotten hose. The Robinair name speaks for itself when it comes to a quality product, and these hoses were priced right, even with the separate purchase of adapters, when compared to a good quality new manufold guage set. The down side is the old guage set does not have an R134-A temperature scale, but most mechanics I have watched only look at the pressure anyway. If needed, print a pressure/temp scale from the internet to use as reference.I have had a couple of sets of R134-a only auto-store junk-quality guage sets, but the quick connect ends have either refused to seat properly or allowed damage to the o-rings in the connectors and the built-in schrader valves are a continuous aggrevation, either not seating properly to the mating connector or just slowing down charge flow to make it almost impossible to empty a can.For the R134-A systems. get a set of the Mountain R12-r134a adapters. They screw right on the hoses, and include the adapter for the r134a can tappers. The are also "green", as when disconnected, they do not release the hose pressure to the atomosphere. Watch the ad, they claim 8-ball connectors but are only 6. After using them on 2 vehicles, both needing a vacuum pump down and then a recharge, I don't tthink that is a big deal unless you are a pro A/C mechanic putting them in continuous use.If you are a weekend mechanic, restorer or just avid do-it-yourselfer, you can breath new life into an old set of gauges you paid a whole lot of money for, and probably thougt you couldn't use anymore. This purchase of hoses and adapters was less than the auto parts store junk, and gives me the reliablity I want in my tools.
