It’s a notebook, plain but okay. Nothing spectacular

This notebook is perfect for my college labs. it has everything you need and the blue paper is easy to rip out.

It’s good but annoying that I have to carry around an extra folder or else it’ll copy the next 5 pages.

This is an old fashioned notebook a lot of people don't know how to use it, I didn't either. These days when you buy a lab notebook and want a copy, you buy a "carbon-less" notebook. This means that when you write on the white page it will immediately transfer directly onto the yellow page. This is a CARBON notebook. This means that you have to place the carbon sheet (from the back of the notebook) BETWEEN the white and yellow pages. I guess its an older concept? Anyway, I returned mine thinking it didn't work but I learned later that this is how you use it. So it should work. Note: I believe that the black carbon side of the in between page faces the yellow paper. Hope this helps!

This product doesn't work at all. Carbon notebooks should copy your pages, this one does not. Waste of money now have to buy another notebook.

The carbon paper didn't work. Had to get a completely different lab notebook because I had to turn in carbon copies of my work, and it wouldn't transfer from the main page to the carbon.

Things that work well:Carbon paper. Lasts a long time. So far, I've gotten 40 pages on the first sheet of carbon paper.Construction. Well made notebook with thick covers.Few stray marks. Even when I put things on top of the page, I haven't noticed any stray marks. If you keep the notebook closed, this won't be a problem at all. Some things that I wish were better:More pages. 50 pages is fairly brief.Cost. $25 is expensive for only 50 pages. No hole punch. If you retain your carbon copies, you need to punch holes manually. Hopefully you didn't write anything important in those margins!Carbon paper. You need to make sure you apply enough pressure to copy your notes to the next page. Use a Bic pen to make sure you push harder.
