This flood light works very well and is very sensitive to motion and helps us feel safer. We like that we can adjust the sensitivity and alerts on the ring app. Installation was easy since we had the hook ups. We would highly recommend for places that need lighted security. Can talk and hear through the app as well.

Had to replace motion detector floodlights. (someone power washed them!). So I bought the Ring Floodlight (already had stickup cam). Setup was easy. But I found the Lights and the camera are independent, the lights can go on and the camera does not go on. You can't really get then correlated as the motion detector only adjusts in 3rds? Another thing is (with all Rings) you really can't turn them off. even when disarmed they will still record. When cutting the grass, would like to turn them off. You can setup active times but I like to keep them active as we have along remote driveway. And as bright as my old 2-1000w (equil) bulbs. Would have bought a pro but its still 2000lums. But its better with a camera on the motion detector. Already notified us that a 300lb Bear was coming up the Driveway!
