Received correct trays WITHOUT hinge hardware ?Picture shows two hinges with 2 trays

I'm very disappointed with the package I received. The pictures of this product do NOT match what I received. These pictures clearly show the rectangular trays as being smooth all around, but the ones I received have these weird large tabs that stick out sideways from the front corners of the trays. I cannot figure out what purpose they serve except to get in the way. But the biggest disappointment is that the description states that installation hardware is included, and the pictures clearly show the tilt hinges that are necessary for these trays to be useful when installed - but those hinges ARE NOT INCLUDED in this package. The only "hardware" included are the screws to install the trays. Huge disappointment. Returned the trays due to false advertising!
