Stable and Durable
Titanium anode is a kind of electro-catalysis electrode in electro-chemistry, which is composed by substrate that is pure titanium and coated that is precious metal oxide.
We hand-brush the ruthenium-iridium coating after drying, roughing, cleaning and degreasing the substrate. After the coating has dried a heat treatment is applied.
The whole process takes more than 20 times. This method allows better formation of thin oxide catalysts that adhere flakily to the substrate surface.
Stable and Durable
The advantage of our titanium electrode is that it improves the grain size denseness, solves the bonding force between the substrate and the precious metal coating, and can effectively improve the ruthenium-iridium coating off. The electrolyte does not penetrate easily and the overpotential is low so that the anode does not passivate easily, which can effectively extend the service life of the titanium anode.

Processing Service
Sanding Blasting
By spraying at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated, the adhesion between it and the coating is increased and the durability of the coating film is prolonged.
Sintering
Sintering is to heat the painted titanium anode in a professional sintering furnace at high temperature. Its purpose is to make better dense properties.
Brush Coating
Our workers apply the ruthenium-iridium coating by hand with a brush 14 to 22 times to make a thickness of 8um.

Testing Process
Our products are tested and found through testing processes such as tensile testing machines, high and low temperature test chambers, and accelerated life tests.
Titanium anode products have the advantages of high corrosion resistance and long working life.
Titanium is a dense hexagonal lattice at room temperature (below 885 degrees), and a body-centered cubic lattice above 885 degrees, with a volume increase of 5.5%.
Titanium alloys can reach 700 to 1200 MPa, and even up to 1400 MPa, so the specific strength of titanium alloys (i.e., the ratio of strength to density), than any other materials are now larger. So titanium alloys in the use of strength requirements also more lightweight.
The suitable environment for our titanium anode:
Current density: bellow 2000A/M2
Temperature: 20-40℃
There mustn't be any fluorine and cyanide ions in the electrolyte
Titanium electrodes have the following advantages.
