The camera is older model, I have not had a clear consistent week of remote viewing without what seems like a moisture spot in the center of the viewing area and the optical has a white border around the Lense. It's so time consuming to pursue a refund.

I recently installed these on a property. I am very impressed with the clarity of the 4k video but also the speed of the camera. Being able to control the camera is awesome. The sound quality is really good as well. I have had no problems so far, set up was easy as well. I recommend this camera for anyone who doesn't have a wired or wifi network in the area. The cellular has been working great and I have had no issues streaming the video on my phone via the app. The notifications have been prompt and detection of a car, animal or person is really good.

Great camera. Had 2 one failed after 7 months after a bit of troubleshooting customer service decided to send me a new one. Worked fine. Happy with this company. They did the right thing.

I've tried a bunch of these different cameras. ReaoLink is the easiest to install, set up, and operate. I've had one that's worked flawlessly for 2 years, so I bought another one.

Hung one camera in June and it was dead by July. Full sun and went from 100% charge to battery warning to disconnected in 24 hours a month after installing.2nd camera is DOA. Connects to LTE network on startup but never connects with the app.Great concept, terrible execution.

I’ve owned Reolink cameras for 3 years now and each reason I have to check my cameras I always buy a new one for a different location on my property. I’m up to 6 now and they all work great. The only thing better than the cameras is the customer service. The little problems that I’ve had they have always went above and beyond to help them check in a few days later to see if everything is still working great.Building a second home you know I’ll be back to buy more cameras.

I purchased this camera for outdoor monitoring of my property where WiFi was not available, but an AT&T tower was near by giving me a strong network connection. Initially, I had trouble activating and setting up an APN on a new SIM card that I also purchased for this camera. Once I verified that the SIM card was activated, I installed it into a the camera. The camera refused to connect to the AT&T network once I installed the SIM into the camera. I then spent a few days working with Reolink support via email. Reolink support was extremely helpful and they helped me work through my issues. It turned out that the new SIM card I purchased was the problem and not the camera. Once I replaced the SIM, the camera worked just as advertised. This is the ninth Reolink camera I have purchased and I have been happy with all of the various solar Reolink cameras I have tried.

This camera is quite bad. The quality of videos/photos during the day is quite good. However, the night view is terrible. The app is so slow that is close to impossible to look at the pictures that were previously taken, and it takes forever to load the video. The solar panel is not charging the camera. It’s barely keeping the camera surviving a few days. The device is so slow that it’s impossible to watch the live feed so what is the goal of having camera where you can watch live feed that if you’re not able to watch it. I would not recommend. I messaged Reolink to see if there is a solution.

I do not recommend this camera for winter conditions below 30°. When the temperature gets in the '20s it disconnects and the only way to get it back on, is to drive an hour to where the camera is, to turn it off, and then turn it back on to reset it.2/24/2025 the camera has been a complete disappointment this year. If you want to use it for security or hunting during winter get a different manufacturer.

You configure the camera through the app which is not very intuitive. And if you contact service for questions or issues then you don't really get answers to your questions, you just get your question repeated to you something like "So if I understand correctly..." over and over. After a while you get tired of this and find the answer on the internet. It's like the person is not knowledgeable at all or it's a very bad chatbot and not a human.Bottom line:Camera and solar panel: 4/5App: 2.5/5Service: 0/5
