So far so good. Works for what I need at the moment. Ground loop issues between audio mixer and USB computer connection.

I had a small computer that I was using as a media center in my RV. The audio out of the computer fed the aux in of the existing radio/CD/DVD player unit. I used a voltage stabilizer to keep the variable 11-15V from the coach battery system stable at 12.5 V for the computer's power input. The setup worked, but there was always the buzzing, and squealing noises in the background of the audio. Some of the noise may be from the voltage stabilizer and some from the computer. It did make different sounds when accessing files. This isolation unit fixed the problem nicely. The audio is now noise free, even during silent parts with the level turned up. It did roll off the low frequencies some from the direct hookup, but it was easily fixed by upping the Bass in the radio unit's audio menu. This would be helpful anyplace you have an audio source that is separate form the audio amplifier and speaker system. For AC powered systems, it would help eliminate hum.

I was getting a hum from my car audio system and for the life of me couldn't find the source of the interference. I was about to completely strip the system and rewire everything. Amp, head unit, sub, doors, all of it. Preparing myself for a long horrible day and a friend convinced me to try this litlle fella. I plugged it in just before my amp, and the hum was INSTANTLY GONE. Closest thing to magic I've ever witnessed lmao! Whatever it does inside that box, it works!
