I use these on my 6 hp mercury. Attached a little hose permanently over it and I’m able to flush the motor without having to put it in a big bucket of water. Highly recommend.

I have both honda and mercury outboard motors. For that the Honda version fits mercury 4 hp 1993 motor and you don't have to hack up a garden hose like you have to do with this fitting. Did not use this one and sent it back.

Doesn't have threads for attaching garden hose. You'll need to adapt it to your application. Fit's my new Tohatsu 9.8

Attach a short section of water hose and a female hose connection to the fitting and you are ready to start flushing the engine. The quality of the fitting is very good since its a Quicksilver part. I'm not particularly impressed with the design, but it functions as designed.

This product is a 13 mm thread size, probably for the Japanese version of Mercury Outboards made by Tohatsu . My older American made Mercury model 110, 9.8 HP outboard has a 3/8 x 16 thread. I found nowhere in any of the on-line documentation where I could have discovered this. Other than being the wrong size thread this looks like a well made product.
