When. I installed they wouldn't work for about an hour after installation so if you run out in the middle of shift be ready with some other sanitizer.

Seller either is unaware or misinforming buyers. ES8 refill # 7751-02 is for general public use. However, when I contacted Gojo the manufacturer of Purell, their Quality department explained that the lot number on the 10 refills I purchased for our facility will only work for government issued dispensers # 7720-01.

i have no problem with the sanitizer, but I ordered a dispenser from somewhere else and it is defective

Both replacements were fault and did not work. Not only that, they claim no returns. Completely bogus. I even bought two new dispensers thinking mine were bad when in fact it’s these refills.
