PRO PAC Case Features
QuickLock and Rope Handles
QuickLock allows your to securely shut an empty case without zippering. The main handles are made of durable rope with reinforced stitching and a padded handle wrap for excellent comfort.
Rubber Feet and Runners
Sturdy custom-designed rubber feet and runners protect the bottom of the case, corners, and zippers from impact damage.
Built-In Organizer
Located in the main pocket, features three pen holders sleeves and two zippered pockets.

Very sturdy, holds trumpet well. Plenty of room for mutes, and the side pocket has a little insert for pencils and pens, as well as whatever other small items you might be bringing along. It can fit papers and books as well. Great product. My only thing against it is the velcro strap that goes over the zippers when they meet at the middle. It's a little annoying, but I see it's purpose, so I can't hold it against the case.

This is an initial impressions review. The case seems sturdy and the workmanship is very good. My goal was to fit all of my stuff into a single bag and so far it sort of fit the bill. It will not hold a cup mute without disassembly. Packing a cup mute (disassembled) and a straight mute is pretty tight and would be the limit; another mute would necessitate an additional bag. Two mutes work only if I store my K&N Stand in the trumpet. The outer pocket is quite large easily storing an iPad Pro plus other stuff like my mouthpiece pouch. At this point, I'd rate at 4.5 stars

This case is on the bigger side, but great for my high schooler who has to carry mutes etc. Bonus it can also fit a binder in the front pocket. Very sturdy and well built. Space for two mouthpieces, and two mutes. Highly recommend if you have lots to carry.

My son was reluctant to replace his original King Trumpet Case with something new. His original case, passed down from Grandma, had a lot of storage space and was built very nicely. However, the handle and hinges finally gave out and we had to cave and replace it. He has been pleasantly surprised with the storage space in this case, and, bonus, it is so much lighter than his old case.

As with any of the other Protec products I have purchased, this case is exceptional in quality of build, rugged construction and efficient design. I will use this to transport my trumpet or cornet as needed. Please note that this will not fit your cornet unless you remove the foam piece located under the location of the cornet valves. It requires some patience to remove but once you have removed you will have a case that fits trumpet or cornet. I have both so needed a case the would fit either one. A great case that will last a very long time.

This is beautifully designed trumpet case. It is manufactured to very high quality standards. The wood frame gives the case excellent protection without it being overly bulky or heavy. It comes with straps and very comfortable velcro’d handles. I have a custom trumpet that never came with a case and have been looking for a compact, well padded case that I could carry a couple mutes, music, some basic supplies and my mouthpiece case and a couple that I play regularly. This case checked all those boxes in a very well padded and compact case with the added bonus of having a weather proof exterior shell. The built-in outside zipped pocket is also very useful. It can easily store pens, pencils, cleaning cloth, additional cleaning supplies, etc. I have owned a backpack style Protec trumpet case for use when I travel. After hours of researching for the perfect case, I ended up with another Protec for their quality, durability and design. They might be a few dollars more than others on the market, but they are well worth the price. All in all, I am very happy with my new Protec case and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Toller Transport- und Aufbewahrungskoffer, in dem mein Musikinstrument sicher aufgehoben ist. Habe noch weitere Einteilungen für das Instrumentenzubehör hineingebastelt. Jetzt ist das Teil perfekt.

Bought for my Stomvi 250ML Harmonically Enhanced Trumpet. The large bottom caps wean many cases do not fut the trumpet, yet this in perfect. Amazing protection as well as music storage and accessory storage - ample space inside. Highly recommend, although isn't a cheap case.

Nice, sturdy and good looking case for my Bb trumpet. The zippered outside pocket has room for some thin music books or a tablet. You can put an Arban's in there but you won't be able to get the zipper closed...kind of like me getting into an old pair of pants I guess. Inside the case, there are two mouthpieces holders and room for one or two mutes, cleaning supplies, and valve oil.Workmanship is superb, no loose threads, no sloppy stitching, no cheap materials. Yes, someone is taking care of QC at Protec.The case IMO is not too large, though larger than the OEM Yamaha case I have. It is well padded inside. The shoulder strap and zippers are heavy duty...not cheap feeling whatsoever. The case is covered in a ballistic-type nylon. I am not sure of the level of water protection. There's a wooden shell built into the case that seems to help protect the instrument for general schlepping around. I play the trumpet for my self amusement and I don't travel distances with it. If I did, I would carry this on the airplane and not check it in to be on the safe side. A luggage tag was included with my case.Both zippered compartments can be secured using the small TSA type locks (that only keep honest people honest) that are not included with the case.This quality case is perfect for my purposes.
