Time will tell about the longevity, but I’m already optimistic this stuff is made to last. Low odor, dries fairly quickly but gives plenty of time to work with, tools like a breeze. Bought 4 tubes just to see how it worked, but I’m definitely picking up a box of 20 so I’ll have plenty for my current project. Worth every penny, looks to give an excellent strong air seal for converting this vented crawl space into a conditioned space and tightening up the rest of the house.

I’m glad to see this product is finally available on Amazon. We used PROSOCO Joint & Seam Filler, FastFlash and AirDam to reconstruct a wall and do some window replacements last year. These products work like a dream (so much easier than dealing with tapes, spray foam etc.). It was actually really fun to use. This specific product is meant to fill larger gaps like the inside corners of your window openings and gaps between the wall and the rough opening. Then you use FastFlash over the framing inside the opening and AirDam for final detailing inside the cavity wall. All three products work together to create a seamless air/water barrier. Good stuff!Note: DON’T get any of these products on anything but but your building materials though, as it does not come off. We’re planning to do some more replacements this spring and I will try to update the review with some photos of the process.
