When we recieved this item, it was in a box in a bag, there was no cussioning within the box. The arm holding the flag was snapped off. My husband easily fixed it drilling out the dial and replacing it and gluing it. If the distributer would of added support it probably would have been perfext.

Other than beginning smaller than I thought the nutcracker is very nice.
