Run away. The litany of diagnosis repair videos on YouTube should tell you all you need to know about owning a Pelpro. By the time you manage to get your stove to function reliably, you'll be a full fledged tech with spare parts and ready to jump on its inevitable next failure. In the dead of winter and trying to run a business? To bad. If you want heat better get to work. Pop on your phone and see which video has the best tip for all the issues. I'm so angry. My bones are cold and I'm about to drag that piece of scrap waist of money out of my shop with the skid loader and crush it for scrap.

This pellet stove has been a nightmare. It hasn’t worked right from day one. It would smoke U.S. out everytime we started/stopped. One time it smoke the entire house. We could not run it using the thermostat…had to be on high or low. The auger kept jamming and we would have to remove the pellets, turn the auger to unstick it and then put the pellets back in. It has to be cleaned daily which causes you to lose 45 minutes of heating time so the good cools down. Northern Tool will not exchange or replace, only refunds. They do not replace parts, etc. Now we have to wait to have it picked up, then get a refund and find a local replacement…in sub zero weather. Do not waste your money.

Bought in October for my elderly parents that live up north. Broke already by January and manufacturer is expecting them to repair it themselves. Ridiculous!

have had it now for 3 winters. supplements the heat pumps in my poorly insulated 30x40x16 barn and sleeping quarters. it works flawlessly and is nice to sit around on cold nights when the inside temp gets below 60.

Bought a pp 70 on November 11th and by December 6th it broke. Talked to pellet pro and I have to repair it myself. They don't even back up a new stove .

Better than expected. I bought this for my husband's shop. He was skeptical at first, but after it was installed he was really impressed. He started telling all his friends and one of them also ordered a pellet heater.
