In line with the recent reviews, whatever item they are now shipping it barely gets warm to the touch even at max temperature, let alone hot enough to provide an area of heat. Tried on multiple different outlets just in case, but the result was the same, an extremely poor performance. On the plus side, I did notice they now ship metallic handles instead of plastic, which means these would last unlike the previous ones. However, if that comes at the cost of barely no heat whatsoever, then the product is worthless. Returning at once.

This thing is awesome. For some reason the air in my office seems to blow cold air in the winter. They don't want us using ceramic heaters for safety reasons, so I tried this product. I wasn't expecting anything amazing from this product, but it puts out the perfect amount of heat for what I need. I've got it placed under my desk around my legs, and it keep my legs and feet nice and warm. Enough heat escape out the top to keep my arms and torso warm too while I type. It does have a funky smell (I just got it the day I'm writing this), but I suspect this will go away over time. I like the fact that it draws around 300 Watts instead of the 750-1500 watts of ceramic heaters. Overall I feel like this will make a huge difference in my comfort at work.

This radiant heater is perfect for under my desk in our office/ craft room. this room is over the garage, so it gets a tad bit colder them our others and this is great for keeping the chill off why working at our desk. the tip safety feature and the auto shut off works as advertised. there is a slight smell to it because its new but honestly it's not that bad and I don't really notice it. I have not had this product long so if it suddenly fails after a short time, I will update this review but as of now it's great.

I was beyond upset it took over a month to arrive and Amazon only comped me $15 for the trouble.That being said: This is an awesome heater. It’s perfect for work, quiet and does its job even around my footrest.

I use this at my desk in an open office setting. I like that it is quiet and keeps the heat to my immediate area and thus doesn't affect other people.I like the auto shutoff functionality, but the control panel placement is a bit of a pain, but not horrible. A separate remote would be great.I've only had it for ~6 months and use it in the office 3-days/week and it is holding up well. I expect it to last, but we'll see how it goes for the remainder of the year.

I had to find a solution for our receptionists this winter. They are in the front so when the door opens they get cold. Space heaters are very expensive to use and are also a fire hazard. I decided to give this a try and they work so well! They stay warm no matter how cold it is outside and it makes their work day so much better. As an added bonus I have not seen an increase in our electric bill. I have already purchased another one because all the girls loved them. I k ow they are expensive but they are worth it!

I love this heater! I had never seen anything like this to where you don't get burnt if you touch it. and it's lightweight to carry. I bought it for my husband whose office is very cold but I tried it out before giving it to him as a surprise and I absolutely loved it. It's not made to warm up a room; It's meant for you to sit with it as a half circle around your legs under a desk or while seated in a cold room and it works perfectly.I plan to buy two or three more to put in my cat room that gets chilly in the winter. I'm going to make a half circle wall with three heaters and put their cat beds behind it.I love love love this heater!

This product saves my legs and toes everyday, keeps everything nice and cozy under my cold desk.However, the power button leaves me wondering if I turned it on or not every time I try to use it. It would be amazing if it had a remote or if the power button, would click or something giving some feedback to the one sitting above it that it turned on. When leaning down, it's hard to see the panel and the power button is not easily seen, it's felt and awkwardly placed.Also, the temperature setting shows only Celsius, not Fahrenheit.otherwise, once you get over the initial burn in of the product and its chemical smell, it works great.

Likes- finally warmfeet and legs- would have liked it to be a bit longer to cover better area- and option to have controls other end- works great. Slight odor initially- dissipates after 15 min when on

I put this heater in front of a cold window.It puts out just enough to catch the chilliness before it reaches you. I’ve also used it under my desk. I love this heater. It is cheap to run and leaves a smaller carbon footprint
