After ordering this product it arrived on time. The package, however, looked as if it had been previously returned. When I opened the box to assemble the carrier, it was missing both instructions and screws for the wheels. I am replacing this item.The reason I selected this carrier is because it is TSA compliant, and it had positive reviews. I did see the same carrier without wheels, and it was significantly cheaperThe problem I am now facing is that instead of the replacement arriving in a couple of days, it says I will have to wait better than a month to receive it. In my estimation, this is terrible customer service. This is why I gave it two stars. I will not have much time to get my puppy acclimated. It's a good thing I ordered this item well in advance of my trip, otherwise I would be up the proverbial creek without a paddle.As for the quality of what I did receive, it seems to be decent, but I really have nothing with which to compare it. It is sturdy, the zippers are not difficult to operate, and it is roomy enough for my Havanese puppy. I think the pad that goes on the bottom should have been plumper. The product, however, should last for some time.

The pet carrier is perfect for my 9lb. Cavapoo. It is sturdy and well vented. It fit under my airline seat, easily. I didn't give it 5 stars because the wheel base is somewhat awkward. The handle doesn't raise up very far and had a tendency to lean forward. The wheels do not handle bumps very well. With that said, the carrier did the job and my pet traveled safely.

I’ve tried several rolling carriers for our 9 lb chihuahua. I prefer the ones on spinner wheels rather than a pulling type of situation. It’s really difficult to find one this tote bag style with the handle in the middle rather than at the end. This carrier is sturdy, material is super thick. I surprisingly like the green color with yellow accents. Zippers are a bit difficult because of the thick material but the only one I’ll routinely unzip is the top one so that’s fine.Only two things keep this from being 5 stars: first, the side that is not meshed is the one that is outward facing when on the rolling platform. So if she’s laying down while being rolled, she can only see out of the ends. It would be better if the mesh side was outward facing.The second this is more bothersome for me: the handle does not snap into place. This makes it feel flimsy and like it might fold in on the animal. I don’t think it will - I hope not - but there’s really nothing stopping it. If this locked into place, I could forgive the mesh situation, as I remove her from the wheels in flight anyway. I don’t know if can find another platform that would fit it but I’ll be looking for one.

I’ll start by reiterating my title. The carrier is well made. The material is thick and sturdy. I think it will hold up very well. There weren’t any instructions included in my box.Wheels: The wheels snap into the base with the tab labeled “opened” inserting first. The wheels snapped in one, They can easily be removed before stowing the bag underneath a seat on the plane.Pet Carrier Bag - The bag securely velco’s onto steel frame using 2 thick velco straps on the bottom of the bag and 2 straps on the backside of the bag.I did struggle zipping some of the zippers because the fabric is so think but it isn’t a problem.

I like that it has some support keeping it from collapsing down on itself. The washable pad is not a cushion, so I may have to create some kind of cushion for those long flights. The bag does not fit easily under the seat on a Southwest plane. I’ve been on a couple of United planes that I know it won’t fit under the seat. I had to try to force it to get it to go under enough to make the flight attendants happy. The zippers don’t zip smoothly, but that may not be a bad thing as my pup was able to unzip the last bag. The rolling device seems good, but I probably will use the strap to add it to my rolling carry-on more often Everything else seems to be well made.

Smaller than expected but much roomier and sturdy then how it looks. The wheels are great and handle is very helpful.
