Our cats have already used them.It comes with catnip.I spread it in the boxes and put the boards on it.They smell and come up to the scratchers right away.They are enjoying.

These work so well for my cat. I have them all over my house. He goes through them fairly quickly and completely destroys them. Glad to have good quality at a nice price.

My two cats love these but they’re messier than the scratching boxes I’ve bought in past. The cats have been tracking bits of cardboard around the house. They also don’t seem like they’ll last as long as others based on how much they’ve already torn apart the first one after only a week.

These scratchers work just like any other cardboard scratcher. But my cats are BIG. They are extra long, big bois. They aren't fat, they are just built large and long. These scratchers are an inch or so too short lengthwise for my guys and they sit on one end, scratch the other, and they end up pulling it up and it slap-slap-slaps the floor if they don't flip it over while they are scratching on it. So beware if you have big long cats - get a bigger scratcher.
