I bought the grey color to match to the concrete rather than have the black strip showing when door is open. Now these to help to keep a tight seal and will help if your concrete surface is not perfectly level too! My new door seal was perfect but then discovered the small gap under the middle of my garage door. These help to seal that space and did work along the door bottom seal.

I had built an enclosed work space with an additional exterior work space all on the same elevation. Forgot to raise enclosed area 1/2" for water to come in. This product placed at bottom of roll-up door works perfect at deflecting water. It's about 1/2" high. And the area did not have any direct water hitting exterior space. So it's fine. I glued it down with gorilla glue in a caulking tube and made certain I removed air bubbles with a wanted result of some oozing out from under edging to trim off excess glue later after it dried. The product is easy to cut with a sharp utility knife. The rubber material appears to be a quality material. I definitely recommend it.

This product was priced right and was easy to install. It seems to be doing what I needed it to do. I have no idea how well it will hold up since it was just installed.

Excellent product at a fair price. Easy to install and fit under the garage door perfectly. I did not glue it down, it stays in place without any adhesives. Though, I would use heavy duty Velcro strips if I had to secure it down so that it would be easy to readjust, remove etc without the hassle of the agrivation of glues.

This strip is sturdy, strong and it was easy enough to place under the door. I carefully cleaned the area and let dry, then put strip and place and marked with a pencil. Then squeezed out a zig-zag pattern of Liquid Nails type adhesive using a caulking gun. Closed garage door and let set for 24 hours or more. Then went around the edges of garage doors with little chunks of the strip and some mortar type of caulking to seal the edges. Worked great and the only place it leaked was where there were concrete cracks, so I sealed those up so the water couldn't travel via the cracks.Especially happy since a competing product was about $450 for a 3 car garage. Thank you Amazon for having a wide variety of sealing strips.

works great. Keeps the water out!!! Easy to install. I used Gorilla Glue heavy duty construction adhesive under mine. Two tubes of the adhesive required for a 20 foot wide double garage door. Clean the concrete with acetone or isopropyl alcohol before applying the adhesive. Park your car outside before installing...let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before driving across the rubber seal.pro tip: you can still get water coming in at each end of the garage door seal. What I did and it worked great is this: After you have installed the new seal on the floor, get a caulk gun sized tube of 100% silicone seal (I used clear). Do not use acrylic caulk with silicone. USE 100% SILICONE SEAL. With garage door raised, put a LARGE dollop size of silicone seal (golf ball size or bigger) on the concrete between the edge of the seal and the corner of the garage door frame. Apply a very thin film of VASELINE petroleum jelly to the bottom of your garage door (this acts as an anti-sticking agent). Close the garage door. Leave it closed for 24 hours....turn off the breaker to the opener, or unplug it...or else someone will open it!!) The garage door will displace the dolop of silicone seal so that the dolop conforms to the bottom of the garage door and it creates a dam which will prevent water from entering at the end of the garage floor seal that you just installed. I should have done this YEARS ago!!
