My kids had been asking to get a metal detector to find “treasures”. Although we didn’t strike gold, we had a blast finding various items buried below the ground! It came with a metal shovel, which was handy if we needed to dig deeper. Comfortable arm support, lightweight and durable. It can even work in shallow water! It’s got a nice black travel bag with handles to be easily carried. Headphones were a great addition, so if you’re out in public you don’t have to bother people with the beeping. Nice digital screen display with paper copy manual to guide you through how to operate it.

Fun to use metal detector. Fairly easy to put together. Adjustable pole and straps to use for any size person. Comes with a nice, sturdy vinyl carrying case, plus a portable shovel with its own case as well.

I'm having so much fun with it and I’m super impressed with it! It’s pretty easy to use, even for someone like me who’s new to metal detecting. The LCD screen is really helpful because it shows exactly what you’re detecting and how deep it is.

It shows too many false beeps , but it works . For a beginner I guess is a good product. Battery life is too short . I like that is not heavy and easy to use.

My kiddo is all about discovering things, undigging treasure gems like his rocks. So this he was so excited and it works really well. The beeping sensor is on spot. It isn't a tiny detector either and as a adult your not having to bend over to use it. Comes in 2 pieces to assemble and even a bag to store it in. It takes a 9 volt battery which is included. So far with the use he has done with it it has read correctly if it was money or just metal, which is pretty neat it knows that? Can't wait to try it out on the lake!

I bought this for my niece to use to help get motivated to enjoy the outdoors and so far it’s been a great purchase. The kit is very complete, comprehensive and super easy to use almost straight out of the box. It’s definitely for light duty, but that makes it a lot easier for a young person to use and not have to deal with a big bulky detector. We have used it for quite a few hours so far and have yet to run out of battery so it’s safe to say that it will be sufficient for most uses. I can’t say as we’ve found anything of value yet. (other than the stuff I’ve planted.) but I feel like we will get a lot of use out of this detector.

I am an old lady who has always wanted a metal detector. When I saw the price, my mind said SOLD! Just after receiving the item I had a back yard party, all adults. Of course, I made this available. I was astounded with the excitment and interest all the men had..They were in the back alley searching for treasures including one prankster who threw some old Roman coin in the dirt. I never expected this to generate such enthusiasm! People were having fun because the metal detector worked just as indicated without any glitches...It seemed to be well made and easy to use. The weight makes packing and using a plus for hiking or outdoors. The extra items for treasure hunting were perfect to have on hand. Now everybody wants to borrow it! Great purchase, and good price!!
