Ordered new Case & Holster, new Case does not fit tightly in holster. Old Case fits tightly in new Holster. New holster is OK, new Case must be smaller than old Case.

Unfortunately Otterbox is not serving Quebec and honouring the life time warranty on their products as they claim… I was happy to find it on Amazon for a reasonable price.

The clip that is supposed to hook into the Otterbox isn't big enough so it doesn't actually clip into the side of the phone. The phone fell out within minutes of putting it in the holder and could've been lost if I was walking with it outside. It says Otterbox on it so not sure if this is just a lower grade one or if they changed the design, but it's bad.

These clips tend to break easily so I always keep and extra one on hand. I bought a new iPhone and a new OtterBox case & clip, so I ordered this extra clip. The marking on the Clip/Holster say's it's from OtterBox. If so, their quality control is horrible. The clip that came with the OtterBox works fine. This one, which looks exactly the same, will not hold the phone tight. If you bump it at all, the phone falls out of the clip. OtterBox used to make really good stuff. But this clip will not work. How hard is it to make a simple plastic clip that holds the phone in correctly?
