I ordered this on 3/3/25. My order arrived the very next day in less than 24 hours. I installed this heater element in my bathroom exhaust fan as soon as I received it and, it worked perfectly. Giving instant heat as soon as I flipped the switch. So far I am impressed. I will keep updating this review as time goes on.I order two of these so I have an extra if the first one fail. Two of these heating elements cost me less than what Nutone was going to charge me for one with shipping. Which by the way they did not have in stock and wouldn't have in stock until at least 3/25/25.As others have commented it was nice seeing a little thank you note for supporting a small family run company inside each box.

I purchased this replacement heater element for my NuTone ceiling unit back in December, finally got it installed today. (Feb 1) The modular design of the unit made swapping the heater super easy, start to finish was about 10 minutes! I thought I would have to pull the entire unit, but that was not the case. 2 screws for the cover plate, (under the light cover) 2 3/8” nuts for the heater blower assembly, and a few screws holding the heating element in the blower assembly.The heater works well, and since it came in a 2-pack, I have a spare if needed. I’ll update my review as needed, but I’m pretty happy right now.

Our 40 year old fan stopped heating overnight. It's January and cold and the heat was definitely missed. Checked the fan and the heating element looked easy to replace, but worried about finding part for discontinued fan. Checked the price on a similar replacement...$300...not to mention would have had to crawl through the attic fiberglass filled space on a board to get to the bathroom above where the fan was to remove the old and install new. Then found this $15 replacement. Delivered overnight and able to install from bathroom. All good again, every bathroom needs a heater in the winter! Sidenote, neighbor getting expensive bathroom remodel just discovered contractor had not planned on installing fan with heater. They probably wouldn't have even realized until it was too late without hearing our story. They are now insisting that contractor forget the one he had ordered for them.

Perfect replacement for my Broan heater. Easy to install and much less expensive than OEM. Don't replace your whole unit when you can do this simple part exchange and but up and running in 30 minutes.
