Right off, I want to say I am not using this filter on the dash cam it was designed for. I am using it on a Biuone A22 dash cam. The body of my dash cam’s lens is exactly the same width at this polarizer adapter and filter. I used a little bit of thin double-stick tape to attach the adapter to my dash cam’s lens body. This filter threads into the adapter.With this setup, the filter works but there is vignetting at the corners. The dash cam has a 170-degree wide-angle lens. That is very wide and it is likely the cause of the vignetting. It is not a problem since most of the action is nearer the center of the cam’s view.Unlike non-circular polarizing filters this filter does not seem to darken the image significantly. The rotating polarizing filter works smoothly. You can clearly see the changes in reflections off various reflective surfaces. It does what it is designed to do. I suggest you have a second person do the rotation angle adjusting while you are driving. You certainly don’t want to be recording a crash while playing around with the filter and looking at the dash cam monitor while driving.

I got this polarizer for my several dash cameras. I like the adapter ring because it can work with many camera types (with some added double-sided tape). It didn't fit my Miofive S1 very well but fit another 4K dash camera, and a Black Box G1W (with added double-sided tape). For all it slightly blocked a small portion of the corners, but didn't disrupt the main center areaBuild is good, all-metal. Polarizer spins freely after tightening, so it's easy to get angle set for maximum glare reduction while looking at dashcam screen. Darkens image just as much as another polarizer.Overall diameter is 35.7mm. Outside of polarizer threads is 32.7mm. Adapter ring has 14.4mm hole in center, with 19.1mm diameter sticky portion on back. Assembly is 10.2mm tall.

Both the adaptor and polarizer both are made of aluminum and feel very sturdy with great quality surface finish. The threads are smooth and the two halves join together without issue. Unfortunately the adaptor didn't quite fit my Cobra CS 250R dash cam, but i think I may be able to get it to work with a little bit of work. Holding the filter up to my dash cam manually it does cutdown on the dashboard reflections, which is why I initially wanted a circular polarizer.

The filter is a good size to fit over the lens of the Wyze OG cam. It does improve the clarity of the image from some kinds of glare but not miraculous in removing reflections from Windows glass. It also does vignette the image into circular instead of rectangular aspect ratio. But it is a good value for experimentación, easy to apply with double sticky foam ring.
