Stop the machine, electrically isolate and vent any trapped pressure. 2. Loosen the separator cartridge with the correct tool. 3. Remove the cartridge from the housing; place in a sealed bag and dispose of safely. 4. Clean the mating face of the housing. 5. Remove the new FILME replacement cartridge from its protective package. 6. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the cartridge seal. 7. Screw in the new cartridge until the seal contacts the housing, then hand tighten another half turn. 8. Start the compressor and check for leaks. 9. Reset the service warning on the maintenance filter kit.
