These arrived with no instructions on how to install them. It was just the parts in plastic bags. I know how to connect wires, but since their intended use was to hang a pendant light from a track, I wanted to be very certain about the strain relief issue, so that the weight of the pendant didn't rip the wires out. On that, I could have used some instructions. The product page has a sentence or two of instructions, way too general on strain relief. I didn't think there'd be enough space to tie an underwriters knot, and couldn't decipher how to use the little plastic part that came in the bag that appears to have had strain relief in mind. So, I packed it up and returned it, rather than take a chance. Honestly, a piece of paper with instructions and maybe even a picture would have changed my mind. But I'm not taking a chance where wiring is concerned.

I ordered 10 of these to convert some large Xinbei pendants that I also ordered here on Amazon to work with my H-track installation in a Living Room. I bought Lithonia H-track from Lowes, these adapters work perfectly. The on/off switch, while not really useful regularly, is kind of nice if you want to shutoff a pendant and remove it from the track without shutting off everything on the track.I ordered white adapters and they match the white track nicely. I highly recommend these adapters if you are in the market.
