While it had a bit of weight to it, it is easy to use. The ice comes out as little cubes and produces the cubes fairly quickly. It doesn’t hold a lot but is convenient to store the ice in the freezer then. It isn’t any louder than a microwave and lets you know when it is full or runs out of water

Love the ice quality and the ease of use. It helps me stay hydrated ( I hate to drink water)— but I love to keep this ice in my mouth!… I’m always warm when others are chilled, another reason I like it is that it helps me stay cool. I don’t crunch on the ice, I just enjoy it melting in my mouth. The ice is not too hard- not too soft. I just love it!

So far so good. This machine produces the ice very quickly and the ice reminds me of sonic's ice. I wish the basket was a bit bigger, but its enough ice to fill up a 40z Stanley. Very simple and straight forward to use. It's a bit noisy though.

I love my ice maker, the ice isn't as soft as sonics or the hospital, but that keeps it around longer. The water reservoir fits two water bottles perfectly and the ice lasts us all day with multiple drinks. If you have a larger house hold -or are planning a party- you may need to bag some ice to have in reserve as it takes 30min to half fill the basket.It does produce some noise, but it's not so loud that it's distracting (not blender loud). It's akin to a sound machine level of noise. It also turns off when the basket is full or it's out of water and automatically turns back on when it's got water or ice storage space again.I got the stainless steel one and I have the top handle off because I think it looks prettier that way, but it does fold down to stay out of the way.I would highly reccomend this model. Even my 5 year old loves it and makes his own drinks so he can have ice.

I was concerned when I received this product becaise the outer box was damaged. Luckily, the ice maker was packed well inside an inner box. We folled all the directions for a first clean and started it right up. I was surprised how fast the ice comparment filled up with good ice!. O dumped the ice into a larger bin that I keep in my freezer and started it up again. Its fast, fairly quiet, and easy to clean up between cycles. I just ensure there is no water left in the reservoir and dry it out with a soft cloth.I did believe the ice bin would be larger but its so easy to make another batch that I'm not really dissapointed. It fits under my upper cabinets, next to my refrigerator beautifully.I do believe it is a biy costly for what it is. It is just an ice maker! This is clearly stated in the description. It is not a freezer and will not keep your ice frozen.

I work in a developing country and have purchased about 5 of these types of machines on Amazon, purportedly all from "different manufactures". The ice and ice production on all of them has been great. They are all the same. This one is no exception. My gripe is they are ALL loud. This one was advertised as "quiet" but it is no more quiet than any of the other nugget ice makers sold on Amazon. The ice is great, these machines are all relatively fast with the kind of ice most of us love. This one claims to be 43db, but they must be measuring from a mile away!!!
