Be very careful when aligning with pins and sockets. You can very easily misalign and cause damage to meter and tubes. Slightly smaller alignment pin will allow you to not get correctly aligned with sockets and tubes. I blew up one meter and red-plated a tube.Cannot find a replacement meter since meter does not have full scale parameters on face.

So easy to set up bias on mt 64 custom deluxe put the probe on first then tubes turn on amp and it reads both tubes. Took me about 5 mins after warm up to complete the bias.

My output tubes fit sloppy in the sockets causing the tube keyway to be offset and not align properly. This caused the tube pins to go in the wrong holes. I burnt up a very expensive amplifier with this cheaply made bias meter. I liked the idea of the two meters, and if they used quality parts, this would be a nice tool to use, but it's just to easy to insert the tubes in the wrong pins causing major damage to your amp.

Functions as described. Have used it a couple of times on my vintage push pull amplifiers with very good results.

I bought this to use in servicing tube amplifiers. It is very well constructed, with a nice metal case. The weight says quality right away. It's easy to use and the tube connectors are high quality. The cables could be twice as long to allow flexibility in placement of the meter, but as it is, I could just set it on top of a guitar amp cabinet while connected.

It worked well the one time I have used it. The tube socket included with the bias tester is stiff and difficult to get into the tube socket on the amp chassis. Even though I thought I was gentle, the pin orienting the bias tested plug broke off on removal from the chassis, I imagine the tester will still work but I will have to be careful with orienting the plug since there is no alignment pin. Picture above. My biggest complaint is that although Amazon and Douk say there is an 18 month warranty, it is impossible to submit a product complaint with Douk because their automated assistant sends you to Amazon woho tells you that it is not returnable and talk to Douk! I just want them to replace the plug. I would otherwise recommend this device with the comment that it seems flimsy for a premium price.
