A solid multi-tool, all around. It's somewhat on the hefty side (0.71 lbs including pouch) but certainly feels made to last. The tools are mostly easy to access, with the exception of the flathead screwdriver, which shares the same pivot as the seatbelt/strap cutter. It's very difficult to deploy the screwdriver unless you first unfold the cutter. Not the end of the world, but a little inconvenient.I like the selection of tools, but it might have been nice if there was a Phillips screwdriver, along with an imperial-scale ruler in addition to the metric one. The included pouch is sturdy, with a velcro front closure and a snap-button belt loop. The rear strap has a nicely reinforced design, with stitching all around its perimeter.

This is a heavy duty, professional grade multitool with a lot of good features. Knife, saw, flat screwdriver (no phillips), pliers, heavy duty shears, wire cutters, bottle opener. And some kind of offbeat features -- oxygen tank wrench, ziptie handcuff cutter, web cutter (for seatbelts). Also has a small ruler on one side, but in cm, not inches. It folds up very compact and has a sheath you can wear on your belt. The sheath has a velcro strip so you don't have to snake your belt though it. All in all, a very heavy duty multitool with tons of uses and very handy to have around. Ruler with inches and a phillips head screwdriver would improve this but overall very handy too.

This thing is veey cool for a multi tool. I've had tons of multi tools in the past like Leatherman and Gerber but this one is very different from the ones I've used. First of all its very heavy duty. It has some heavy duty shears and some pliers. Then it has what they call zip tie cuff cutters but they could be used for plenty of other things. I also love how the shears and needle nose pliers are full sized with two handles instead of the customary one full size and one half size handles

Nice multi-tool for my emergency go bag. Has a nice feel to it and the included pouch is a nice addition. The tools aren't the greatest but they should work in a pinch. Quality feels about right for the price.

I own awful lot of multi tools. Generally they come in two classes the premium ones in the cheap ones and you don’t usually find anything in between. You know i’m happy to say that this one definitely is premium and build quality and fit and finish. The construction is excellent, and the design is relatively unusual for a multitool. It actually contains two separate plier pivot mechanisms so you don’t have to choose between pliers and cutters. And then has a very innovative, easy to deploy Emergency zip tie cutter. There’s not as many little fancy things you get a basic screwdriver a can opener, a knife and a saw, but the real standouts in this are the cutters and the pliers. They somehow managed to fit all of us in a device that’s just as compact. It’s a normal full-size multitool. The metal is quality tool steel and the wire cutter blades are replaceable. This is definitely a premium tool at a price that I hardly recommend if you need one. It also comes with a well-made sturdy nylon case and sheath. With belt loop that is MOLLE compatible. The B blasted finish on the tool also makes it very comfortable to hold and it fits well in the hand. It seems like they thought about just about everything. I have a few of these companies products and I’ve been impressed by all of them so they’ve definitely moved up to one of my go to brands. I have a couple of flashlights and a headlamp and they are also very well constructed with premium materials so I can recommend Nextorch without hesitation.I dare say that anyone who buys this tool will be very happy that they did.

I've had some multi-tools that packed a lot of items in the tool, but almost everything was just marginally useful. Not so in this case; this tool is very solid, and the components work well and effectively. The scissors and knife are sharp and cut very well. I haven't tested the saw, but it appears to be sharp and solid as well. The pliers are of higher quality than some of my pliers in my tool box. All the blades and such appear to be hardened steel, and the handles are solid and robust. I would only ding it for one item, and that is the lack of a Philips head screwdriver. I would also highly suggest reading the instructions. Most of the unit is pretty intuitive, and there isn't that much to the instructions, but I spent some time trying to figure out how to open the cuff cutter without success. When I went back to the instructions it turns out there's a button on the handle that needs to be slid backwards to release it (and the button looks like one of the hinge pins). Very simple once you know the trick, but not at all obvious. Overall, this is probably the best built and most useful multi-tool I've seen so far.

I find the trauma sheers on these do limit inclusion of good utility pliers, and decent size knife. It is not a big criticism, but this is both heavy and spendy for what you get outside the sheers. And the fact is the knife, saw and plyers are all smaller and have less utility than all the multis I have seen at this cost. So the rest of the tool is nothing special to warrant the cost. So I would consider whether or not you want trauma sheers to the detriment of other function, or whether you simply would prefer dedicated trauma sheers, ten bean ones better than these (mine got a serious dull area in my test smacking up against a plastic zipper). So if you want a single tool for your first aid kit, this is a good choice. For anything else, I would not.Lastly the sheath is junk. Almost all of it is ok, but the belt loop is done with single stich that is already coming apart on mine. Not cool for such a spendy generic tool
