Quick review to say, I bought this for photography and photo booths back in 2017.And I still use it to this day for video, or even generally lighting up a room.This is not the best ring light in the world. But for the cost, it is a great tool to have and a great way to see if you really need one without spending multiples of dollars more. It helps me get quick and easy images for my eBay store or other online retail, can be used as a light for weddings (getting ready) or portraits, or products to ship off on Craigslist/FB Marketplace.No it does not come with a stand but if you're a photographer with off camera lights you probably have one already. There are cheap models you can get and if you are buying your first off camera light, congrats! It's the first opportunity you'll get to learn that most camera gear only comes with the item itself and not the accessories. Camera body = no lens, memory card. Light = light stand, umbrella. Good luck, some reviewers look like they received broken products so make sure to check your order immediately that you got a good copy as well and you could have a decent light for the next six years as well.

This is my first ring light ever. I am a freelancer MUA and I take a lot of pictures for my Instagram page, @gigifaceglam, and I can tell you that this light has changed the quality of my photos dramatically. Before it, my pictures were just ok, but kind of dull when compared with the ones taken with the ring light.It comes with white and orange diffusers. If you've ever owned a Samsung phone (I use a Samsung J5 for my photos) you know that those phones give photos kind of yellowish tint, which looks very flattering if you ask me, but I don't want to add more orange to that, so, for this reason, I only use the white diffusers.It fits in a regular photography tripod, although it's a little wiggly, but it stays put. I always keep the tripod in the lowest position possible when I'm not using the light, because It's so big and heavy that if you leave it standing in a position that is too tall, it might fall if there's like a strong breeze or something. So, be mindful of that. It has a dimmer which is awesome as sometimes it can be too bright.When it comes to taking photos, keep in mind that the ring light works almost like a giant flash (although I'm not an expert in photography or anything, this is what I've seen happening). What it does is that it focuses attention on the subject that is directly in front of it, so it darkens everything behind you and sometimes it can also make your pictures too dark. In addition to this, it can make my pictures too yellow at times and it washes out the color in some of my looks (but sometimes that effect looks good, like the first picture you see above, so sometimes it is desirable to be directly in front of the light).What do is I place myself not directly in front of it, but in front of my window to get as much natural light as possible and I place the ring light a little bit tilted to the side (kinda like a backup light), that way I get all the benefits of the natural light and a boost from the ring light without interfering with the colors on my look.You're gonna have to play with the positioning of the light so you find that sweet spot that will allow to take the best pictures possible. So, it takes trial and error. If you look at the pictures above, the first one was taken directly in front of the light and the other two were taken with the light tilted a little to my right.It comes in a big bag that allows me to take it with me when I do clients. I strongly suggest you get one of these if you work as a freelancer, as more often than not, the lighting conditions are not ideal. And people get very impressed when they see you coming with you light and tripod, they feel like a star for a day. ;)So, all and all, I really like this light. It is my first one, so I can't compare with any other one. But this gets the job done and you can't beat the price.I hope it helps. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any.

The packaging was indeed very good, was not expecting to be honest, Well it includes the light, adapter, power cable and two light shade options, offcourse the light itself.Intensity of the light is indeed good and a must buy for any youtuber.Worth the money.

TL;DR: Very impressed with this single light replacing my previous lighting setup. Takes up a LOT less space and is MUCH cooler so I can record video for hours :)Previous lighting setup: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00GRCO5D8 - This was excellent for my requirements earlier but after a few hours of recording, the room would get hot even though it was CFL. But even then, 15x 40w bulbs is still an extra 600w.Wow! Totally impressed. I got this for my home studio because my space was getting smaller :( I used to have a set of 3 CFL lights + softboxes for my video work but it was way too bulky and got hot after several hours of recording. Thankfully, my requirements changed and so did my space. I wanted something smaller which would give the same result as my previous set up.Pros:* adjustable dimmer (manual, not digital)* lightweight* excellent coverage for video lighting in a portrait or medium wide shot* several different plugs if you decide to take it abroad (UAE, UK, US plugs)* sturdy carrying case* Nice packaging* 240 LEDsCons:* nothing as yet; works as it shouldI also got the fabric "softbox" diffuser cover for it so the light is much better all around.Summary:I think this is an excellent purchase if you want to have a cheap lighting solution and have minimal space to work with. Estoy muy feliz con el producto, la luz es muy buena y lo mejor es que puedo regular la intensidad de tenue a muy intensa, recomendado ampliamente. No incluye trípode, yo pensé que lo incluía, porque en una fotografía aparece, pero no esta en la descripción del producto, me di cuenta ya que había hecho el pedido y en un momento pensé en cancelarlo, pero al buscar opiniones me di cuenta que el trípode que viene con este modelo no tiene buenas criticas, que es muy frágil, no tiene peso, etc, asi que decidí quedarme la luz y comprar un trípode para cámara que si sea de calidad.y adaptarselo al aro de luz. En resumen muy feliz con la compra!!

Das Ringlicht habe ich für meinen Videoblog und für das Fotografieren für Thumbnails für meine Videos gekauft.Da man das Licht dimmen kann und da mit dem Licht auch zwei verschiedene Farbfilter mitgeliefert werden, bin ich wesentlich flexibler was die Lichtverhältnisse betrifft.Die Filter halten sehr gut auf dem Licht. Das Abnehmen und Ausfetzen ist einfach. Die 3 Stecker sind auch ganz praktisch – für mich eher nice to have, da ich mit dem Licht eher nicht reisen werde. Falls aber der Fall eintritt, ist die mitgelieferte Tasche wirklich toll.Das Licht ist wirklich sehr stark und schafft schon bei einer sehr niedrigen Stufe wirklich schöne Lichtverhältnisse. Bei der vollen Power wäre ich auf meinem Film-Set-Up schon überbeleuchtet -was aber gut ist! Lieber dimmen als zu schwaches Licht haben.Die Lieferung war schnell und Problemlos.Ich bin mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden.Bezüglich aufsetzen vom Kugelkopf auf das Ringlicht - Ich hatte Zuhause einen Kugelkopf für meine Kamera, der nicht auf diese Leuchte gepasst hat. Deshalb habe ich mir einen von Neewer für weniger als 8 € bestellt und das Problem wurde gelöst.

Bien que photographiant principalement en lumière naturelle, j'ai parfois besoin d'aide. Je tourne avec deux flash déportés et un spot continu 1250w, qui a tendance à dégager beaucoup de chaleur.Pour mes portraits il me manquait un éclairage circulaire, dont j'apprécie particulièrement l'effet. N'ayant pas une fortune personnelle importante, j'ai opté pour ce produit Bestlight, d'une taille adaptée au portrait rapproché et qui semblait être d'un bon rapport qualité-prix.Comme on peut le voir sur la première photo, l'emballage est impeccable, le dispositif d'éclairage est bien protégé, il contient l'éclairage circulaire, la prise ainsi que les adaptateurs pour les différentes normes des différents pays (3 adaptateurs en tout) et 2 ensemble de filtre, un blanc qui va avoir un léger effet diffuseur, et un orange pour une lumière plus chaude (voir photo 2).A noter que le pied n'est pas fourni, mais on en trouve de très peu chers (voir photo 3).Au niveau de la qualité générale, la rotule de fixation (si on peut appeler ça une rotule) est vraiment camelote, mais ça fait le job. par contre je ne sais pas combien de temps ça va durer, d'autant que pour ranger l'éclairage dans la housse fournie, il faut impérativement mettre la rotule à angle droit, ce qui fait qu'on serre/desserre tout le temps. La housse justement est de bonne facture, elle protège bien l'éclairage.Les filtres se clipsent sur la partie circulaire très simplement, là aussi la robustesse ne semble pas être au top, mais c'est conforme à ce que je suis habitué à voir dans cette gamme de prix. La tôle de l'éclairage est en fer blanc, assez souple, mais contrairement aux éclairages classiques celui-ci étant à led, il ne chauffe pas, le côté fer blanc n'est pas problématique, à partir du moment où on en prend soin.L'éclairage possède un potentiomètre, permettant de varier la puissance de celui-ci, ce qui me parait indispensable si on souhaite créer une gamme d'atmosphère pour les portraits. A titre de test, j'ai mis la puissance maximum et j'ai testé le rendu sur mon fils. vous pouvez voir en photo 4 un rendu, volontairement non retouché pour donner une meilleure idée. Pour ma part c'est conforme à mes attentes et j'attends maintenant de pouvoir utiliser cet éclairage en routine lors de mes séances.En résumé, parfaitement adapté à mes besoins, conforme au descriptif, bon rapport qualité-prix.
