Something seemed off with this saddle. I dont know if my original saddle is bone but i know it is certainly better than this quality.

With a little bit of sanding this bone saddle was a great upgrade to the plastic saddle the guitar came with

These blanks might be the right size for your guitar, but I needed to trim them down for mine (which needs to be 2.5" long). The bone cuts very easily with a fine tooth saw, and sanding the bottom to get the height right is pretty easy with medium grit sandpaper (although a bit tedious). Holding it in a clamp while you are sanding makes the job more comfortable. The quality of the sound compared to the original plastic bridge is night and day better. They come in 2's for a reason - you can't go backwards if you take off too much. You may need to sand the top to change the profile to match the curve of your fretboard which is a bit trickier, but worth the effort. A great project to improve your guitar and these blanks are good quality at a fair price.

As described. I get much better resonance from bone over plastic.

The saddle was thicker than the one I was replacing on my classical guitar (Esteve 7SR). I needed to sand it down quite a bit to make it fit. It's worked out fine for me.

Measurements were exactly as specified. Yes you may have to shape it a little. This one has a slight radius and will match a radiused fretboard better. After a little sanding to narrow and shorten it, this fit my Cordoba Crossover perfectly.

I was actually looking for a good priced bone bridge saddle part for an acoustic bass guitar rather than plastic. Here you get two. Particularly for my bass I had to cut it to length and file it to my requirements. It was great to work with and now fits my bass perfectly and as low as I had wanted. Being bone it is tough, harder and improves the acoustic sound.

Grestch Guitalele factory saddle and action are too low, the factory stings are too light and there's fret buzz all they way up the neck. This saddle did the trick, easy install, no sanding or shaping at all. Just loosened the strings popped the factory saddle out and this new saddle in and, walla, no buzz. Arrived two weeks early as well, great price and quick shipping over the holidays.
