This machine doesn't work after 30 days of using it only once a day.Amazon doesn't check the supplier qualification because the manufacture number on the manual doesn't answer nor return your messages. So basically you are stuck with a piece of junk and Amazon is making money.

I love the counter that I received in November 2024. It was doing fine then all of a sudden it stopped counting the bills on the screen. Bills feed correctly but no numbers appear on the screen. After trying to calibrate the machine I sent a email. Received a reply back asking for a video of what is happening. I sent a video and was instructed to change a setting and calibrate again. Customer support wants to do a video call with me, but the problem is their time zone and mine are totally the opposite times. As it has been almost a week of dealing with this, I had asked about having a new machine sent to me being it is less then 4 months old and the tech wants to do more trouble shooting with me via the video call first. I am not sure how that is going to happen as they are in between 10pm - 6am EST which is the time of day that I am not working. Usually in bed between those hours to be honest. I wish that the support was easier.

I'm really quite amazed at how smoothly this bill counter runs.Surprisingly heavy, this is designed to last for many years.Reads current at at least some past issues of currency.Common currencies of USD, EUR, CAD, MXN, GBP are detected.Promise of software upgrade for newer releases of bills.Software upgrades for 120 currencies available.Claims to catch counterfeit bills. Haven't found any yet.Methods used are: Using Magnetic, Infrared, Ultraviolet, Dimensional, Thickness, Security Line, Variable Ink, Spectrum, and Fluorescence Detection.Very fast on straight bill counts. 1000 bills per minute.Bills can be mixed denomination and it counts the total value and bill count but does not physically sort out the bills by values.NOTE: Only counts one nations bills at a time, you cannot mix Canadian, American and Mexican and get a sorted count.Excellent value for anyone still dealing with physical cash counting to ease your day.Note: As you will need to sort your bills later on you might as well sort before counting unless you just want to empty a cash box, run three+ counts to ensure matching value and seal up for end of day count.

This is a great money counter. It is so useful to have one of these if you have any type of small business or deal with any significant amounts of cash. I have been playing around and testing this machine and so far it has been accurate 100% of the time. The only thing I can’t test is if it detects counterfeit bills as I have nothing to test this function with.This is a surprisingly simple machine to use, the more you play around with and use it the easier it gets and the more features you find yourself using. For me, this is not a machine I will need to use often, maybe once or twice a month, but it saves so much time having one of these it pays for itself just in the time you would spend manually counting bills.Now, I’m going to assume this is not a bank-grade money-counting machine, and I’m not an expert on these machines, however, based on my own experience, I have not had a single issue with this machine. This machine has a good quality feel to it and it more than meets all my limited money-counting needs.

The product itself is amazing and very accurate. Easy to use and simple to set up. Very nice packaged and shipping is quick. Had a simple issue but reached out for support and they responded within 5 minutes. The person who helped me was absolutely phenomenal, I loved every part of the service. They took care of me very rapidly. They offered to ship me out a replacement immediately and also upgraded me to a better model for the inconvenience. I always wanted a money counter machine, I saw a lot of videos on Tiktok there is a lot counter machine that only counts bills, no this one called mixed donination it does tell you exactly how money you have, I have no idea how but it reads every single bill so fast that I still can't believe how fast it does, I am very impressed a little trick at beginning sometimes you have to calibrate which is very easy, all the instructions in English and costumer support very good. I got on black friday special but worth every single penny.

This things works very well at counting cash. I can put a whole mess of different bills and the dollar mount is never wrong. Counterfeit detection is a plus too.

I purchased the MUNBYN IMC09 money counter back in August of this year. I have been using it every week multiple times and absolutely love it. It will count multiple denominations it batches and it also checks counterfeit or questionable bills. This saves time and especially the handling of money it can help with someone who is older and has arthritis. If I was to rate it between 1 and 10, I would give it a 10. But not only is great for usage but it is also fun. One of my best purchases I've done in a long time.
