Fit the car nicely, however some of the pre-molded areas such as those that allow the headlight retainer clips to slide in were not formed properly, I had to use a dremel to grind the track area out in order for the retainer clips to slide in properly. Overall I would order again as that is not that big a deal. The important thing is it fit my 2000 Pontiac Grand AM perfectly! I am overall satisfied and would order this item again if/when needed.

The item was delivered on time, and just as described. I've never taken off a bumper before but it very easy and straight forward. Installation was super easy although I did have to have someone push/pull one side of the header panel to align it with the bolt holes cuz i couldn't do all that with a ratchet in hand. Fits great and now my head lights are aligned properly.

Very high quality but there was some extra plastic left behind which I had to cut. For a 12 year old car, it was a great replacement for the completely shattered original header (which fell apart over time without any crash).

Fit in 2005 Pontiact Grand Am with little issue. The small plastic cutouts for the headlight clips could be better, but it wasn't that hard to modify.

This piece was a perfect fit and repair for my 1999 Grand Am. It was super easy to install... just remove the top splash shield and the headlights and then use a 10mm to remove the 2 top bolts on each side. Reaching into the headlight void, you can remove the one 10mm from underneath that holds the header panel in place on each side. Now you need only use a marker to mark the outside edges of the hood release latch and remove the 3 10mm bolts. Lay it up top. My car was in a 60F garage and I was able to bend / manipulate the old header out from between the body and front plastic without removing ANY of the front plastic or bumper cover. You'll need to pry off the two plastic push pins that hold the rubber deflector to the header as well as about 10 clips that hold the wiring to it as you work it loose and out. Lay the new header on the engine as you remove the old one so you have it right side up and insert the new lock tabs into the slots. I had to trim a tiny bit of plastic from the passenger side outer slot but not much at all... likely could have pushed the metal through it. As soon as it is loose start reattaching the clips and reverse the process. You'll need to re-use the bottom two clip nuts from the old header. Slip it back in place, re-bolt everything and put the headlights back in. It could NOT have went any better and for the 50 some bucks, a great fix.
