You definitely won’t go wrong ordering from this company. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery was absolutely perfect. I received a call about 15 minutes before delivery as promised, plus the carrier advised me by phone of the delivery status the day before. They even called me to make sure the delivery went well. Superb service.The machine came uniquely wrapped/boxed with wood nicely secured on a strong base. The manufacture appears to be of super high quality which explains the quality packaging/shipping. Not sure yet if it’s powder coated or just painted but either way it’s a nice coat. I am quite familiar with the use of this style tire machine so I will update my review regarding assembly and use. For those that complain about this tire machine is because they don't know how to use it. Just make sure the tire is in the DROP CENTER when removing or installing! You really don't even need a tire machine to remove or install the tire as long as the tire is in the DROP CENTER. Just two pry bars will work! But this machine comes with a bead breaker and the bead breaker can turn the wheel which is a HUGE plus! Of course it will turn the wheel only a 1/4 turn each time but it still turns the wheel! And it's light weight to be able to move around anywhere which is another HUGE plus! Learn about the tire being in the DROP CENTER before complaining folks!
