Total garbage. The dials are so stiff they don't turn at all. I saw that others have had this issue as well but figured it couldn't be that bad. It was that bad. We had multiple strong people try to use this to no avail.

It's a fantastic size and well made. The only thing is that is insanely difficult to turn the dial, my fingers were feeling bruised after game night. I even gave up on it the first night altogether. However, soaking it in olive oil for 48 hours made it a dream to use and now it's my favorite!!

Finally threw down the cash for one of these life trackers and I am very happy I did. I unit clicks between numbers smoothly and makes life easier playing magic. Only problem is it is a tad expensive, but other then that a perfect addition to my MTG set up.

As the title states, this is a great upgrade for when you get tired of using spindowns. I find myself playing more Commander format games than any other, so this is a convenient way to keep track of life without having to use multiple die. Life gain deck brews will find this extremely useful. Product is of a relatively good quality, and arrived with little defects that I won't bother complaining about. A little pricey here, but you should be pleased with the purchase should this product already seem enticing.

One of the best counters. You have to use it alot to loosen it up because it is really hard to move at first but after a few days of play it's a lot easier to move.

My little brother is a Magic: the Gathering fan. He saw a much fancier version of this from one of the other players and really wanted one of his own. So, I found this one here. He has really enjoyed it, and it has gotten quite a bit of use since. As far as 12 year old standards are, it's pretty awesome,. As far as 26 year old standards are, it's pretty cool, very simple, and easy to use. It turns easily, and stays in position. Definitely not bad for the price, and perfect for your first time gamer, or for your more simplicity is best gamer.

I was at a recent sealed draft tournament, and went very unprepared. Asked my opponent if I could use one of his Bolas Life Counters, and he looked at me with great disgust and said, "absolutely not, you cannot buy these anymore." To which I responded, "challenge accepted." Was happy to find this! Counter works, and arrived on time. It has some wear (paint chip or two), as if it had been used before, which I wasn't expecting. Overall happy to have the product, so giving 3 stars.
