This shower head pipe system did what I needed: brought the head itself to a level that my wife could reach and that we could manipulate the sprayer on the shower head more easily.It feels cheap. If it isn't entirely made of plastic, it feels like it. That being said, when you lock the joints into position, it is quite sturdy there. With the piping being so light, a heavy shower head will sway this thing a little. Nothing I haven't gotten used to and nothing scary.I would have definitely given this a 5 star if they item itself was more robust. Four stars because of the physics of the whole thing. Maybe Moen cannot make this heavier without putting more strain on the feeder piping in the wall?Either way, we are happy with the outcome and there are not a lot of retrofit options to do exactly this.

This really completes the look Iām trying to achieve in my bathroom renovation. The pipe is super solid and it locks in to any position.

I was very intimidated by this shower arm, but my other arm had a leak in the wall. I am learning to use it. I hope I learn how to move it to change speed of shower.. I have only used it for 4 showers.

We ordered a shower set off of Wayfair we loved but didn't think about how the shower head wasn't adjustable. My husband's head was almost touching! This color matches almost perfectly. It was very easy to install. Works well with the other shower head. Did not affect the water pressure at all. And now my husband can shower without his head hitting!

Our shower head was installed so high above, I could barely reach the shower head on my tip toes to adjust. This works great and good quality. Easy to adjust.

I had no idea something like this even existed! Totally changed my shower experience - going from a shower head that sprayed right at my neck (stall shower - so not big). Now it is placed perfectly for me and I can easily move around and enjoy the shower. Game changer! We paid a plumber to install it - so unless you know what you are doing, I would get a plumber.
