I didn’t expect much for the price point of under $10, but I didn’t think the base of the plane wouldn’t be flat and the overall construction would be stamped / formed metal.Just beware that you get what you pay for in this case… It may very well do the trick for you!

Very flimsy, thin metal. Blade is dull and cannot be adjusted properly. Should have spent a bit more for a better quality tool.

This mini hand plane is just right for my work with miniatures. I work with small pieces of wood and a larger plane would not work. Not the finest construction but good for my needs.
