All rulers not just this one need to have the one end that alliance with their numbers. If I were Amazon, I take them off my procurement list. These are useless as two other reviewers said. I just have to add my point.

It is nice but measures smaller things. I need to buy a longer ruler with millimeters and inches.

These pack super well in your admin pouch on a plate carrier for land nav. They don’t take up space at all. The measurements seem correct. I keep one in my admin pouch, and the other for classroom use/replacement. Glad I found these. Great bang for the buck

The zero mark is not the end of the ruler, it is a couple millimeters in from the end. I had to grind the end off so that the end of the ruler is zero. I cannot fathom why the manufacturer would not set the end of the ruler at zero. Other than that the ruler is fine.
