Use case: I have more nozzles to attach and needed an option that included that.*These are easily attached. You’ll want to use Oatey or similar brand tape. Also, for the male, you’ll want a wrench to give the final twist (be careful not to over do it.*They connect and disconnect easily and there is a locking feature (haven’t found need for it).*There is no leaking at any of the attachment points or when connected.*There is no flow through on the female side so you’ll need to keep the nozzle on as you shut off and wait for the water to drain out.*There is flow through on the male side so be sure to let the nozzle fully drain (may need to give it a couple shakes).*The hose attachment remains attached (even in this heat) so we’ll see how well it does. The nozzles are not left out.All in all works great for me and the quantity of pieces is better than what I’ve found in stores.P.S. Aluminum oxidizes so they will require periodic maintenance (probably need to soak in vinegar and water combo; 1tbsp to 2cups). Unless it’s solid brass (not brass plating) it won’t be a set it and forget it option.

Listen up, fellow canines and humans alike! Our pack leader was in serious trouble, but this Quick Connect Set saved the day!Every time the two-legger went to change the magic water snake in our territory, we could sense the danger. Invisible dirt gremlins would emerge from their subterranean lairs, ready to pounce! These minuscule menaces would attempt all sorts of ridiculous attacks - from tickle ambushes to spontaneous tap dance routines designed to distract our human. Sometimes they'd even try to tie our pack leader's shoelaces together! The horror!But the worst was when these pint-sized terrors would try to crawl up the pant legs or hide in the fur on our human's arms. We'd bark and howl, but our warnings fell on deaf ears. Our poor, oblivious pack leader just couldn't see the danger!This mayhem happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Sometimes multiple times per hose change! We were at our wit's end, ready to dig a tunnel to China just to escape this madness.But then, like a beam of sunshine after a rainy day, the Quick Connect Set arrived! Now, our human can switch those magic water snakes faster than we can chase our tails! The invisible beasties don't stand a chance. These are great for switching between attachments. I was growing veggies and grass this summer and it was super annoying having to switch between the sprinkler and hose nozzle everyday. These made it so much easier! The downside is they leak. Using plumbing tape helps, but not 100%.

I have tried everything from the brass to various plastic quick connects for garden hoses and they all either are next to impossible to connect while under full water pressure or they snap off within a few weeks of use. These so far have taken the abuse of daily use with multiple connects and disconnects per day without issue. They don't leak and are easy to connect and disconnect while under full water pressure. The hose end does not leak either when disconnected (I've found many other plastic ones do). I recommend these. I hope the keep lasting, so far these have lasted longer then every other plastic variation I've tried.
